the pool was very nice, close to the tram, comfortable bed. It was far from the airport when advert states otherwise, also I went for a trip to slane, and was very out of the way..... |

The hotel rooms are nice, but the hotel is quite far from the city center. On the other hand is close enough to the "Kylemore" red luas tram stop (McDonald direction). 30' to Abbey street. Several problems with room swipe cards not working. The neighborhood hasn't any particular facilities: one restaurant and a fast food. |

We booked family room. We got very big room ( could fit even 6 people). The room was very clean and in the quiet part of the hotel, far away from the road. Hotel is situated in a very ggod location with excellent public communication. |

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The food, both breakfast and particularly the bar food, was excellent. I felt that there should have been a safe in the room to keep valuables. |

The reception staff were rude on check in, the room was tiny, the bed was uncomfortable and small, with springs sticking out. Was extremely overpriced for what we got, |

the size of the room was good value for money for 2 people. Staff were friendly on arrival. Waiting staff were ok Not impressed with the lack of selection for breakfast. Items should be individually priced and not charging €13.95 for a miserable bowl of cornflakes, 1 tea and toast and orange juice |

The room was clean and the leisure facilities were good. It was near a tram stop which made getting into town easy. The cooked breakfast was poor quality and it was not possible to get a hot chocolate before bed when we came in at midnight soaking wet. The location was poor with little nearby apart from Macdonalds and Homebase. |
