The front desk is friendly and cleaning of our room during stay was excellent! Hard to find, not a nice view, too poor heating system (cold in the night, unable to regulate temperature). Twin beds of different size! One bed twice smaller than the other. The hotel had also a weird smell inside. We would welcome the gym in the same area as room (not to go outside to enter the gym or a pool) |

Check in was friendly and efficient, and front of house staff were welcoming. The room was of an attic design, with dangerously slanted walls, which caused several head bumps. The hot water system had severe air locking which caused the radiators to rattle, and the shower took an inordinate amount of time for hot water to come through. I didn't bring these issues to the attention of management as I was there only for the one night. If I had been on a two night break I would have asked for a room change. |

We found some of the staff to be rude and even swearing amongst themselves in our presence. We we're advised that to use the pool you have to wear a swimming cap at a charge of 3 euros each! However to use the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi you did not have to wear the cap. On checking out we were not asked by the staff if our stay had been pleasant |

The pool was great , location near tram station and great value for money with the tree nights pay for two offer The bed was to short (I am 180cm). The staff did do their tasks and answered our questions, but we did not find them very helpful or friendly. |

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, forgot to pack toothpaste and the receptionist provided me with same. Also when I rang reception in the early hours of the morning due to the noise next door, they responded very quickly. The bedroom walls in my room were very thin i.e. could hear the couple next door talking until 1.30am. Also thought the food in the bar was very bad, and I think €6.50 for a slice of synthetic tasting cake is outrageous. |

Swimming Pool, Steam Room, Sauna, Resturant, Bar, Waitresses, Closeness to the Luas Tram Line (2 minutes), and McDonalds (1 minute). We ate at a few different places and were not happy with the food and prices across Dublin - come to find out, the best place for the price was the awesome food in the resturant. Pool, etc. closed early on weekends and closed earlier than posted twice. Business district part of town, but hind-sight being 20-20, we werebetter off and safer staying where we stayed. No airport shuttle service. Taxis are EXPENSIVE! Time and a half on Sunday - hurt the pocket book. |

The dinner in the restaurant was amazing, and reasonbly priced. The swimmimgpool etc was a great bonus for the price. And the staff there was lovely too. The breakfast was priced at €14.95 which we din't want to pay. Went down to the 'OneNineOne' by Joe's reataurant and got breakfast for€25 for 2 adults&2children!! There's a nice seating ares too. We had booked superior rooms but got ordinary, has put that down to the fact we wanted the 2 rooms nxt to each other, but would have liked to have been told this at reception when we got the keys. |

My stay at the hotel was a good experience. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. A good location for a shopping trip or a visit to the city. I stayed on the 2nd floor for the 1st 2 nights and the rooms were very small and poky. I stayed on the 1st floor for 1 night and the room was spacious and comfortable. The 2nd floor rooms should be advertised as small and offered at a reduced rate. |

Traditional construction, with classical interior giving a pleasant feeling upon arrival. The generally friendly staff with the occasional exceptional individual making ones stay that little more enjoyable. The live music in the bar at no extra cost, making the stay appear for more luxurious than it actually cost. No riser bar in the shower disappointed my vertically challenged wife. The wash basin in room 119 was cracked. No second pillow apparently available. |
