The gym and pool/spa facilities. Very big hotel, clean and nice. As usual, Best Western is always an excellent quality garantee.

Quite far from the city centre.

This hotel was 2 minute walk from the Luas which takes you into city centre in twenty minutes. A ten minute walk to church and is ideal for visiting Our Ladys Hospital for Sick Children in Crumlin......a twenty five minute walk or five minute drive.

The socket for boiling the kettle was not convenient.

Great food in the bar

Discount on breakfast price only if booked on arrival. Why not give discount to hotel guests anyway?

The hotel is located near the "Kylemore" stop of the red tram line, which is 30 minutes from the city center (O'Conell Street). However the tram goes very often.

Fantastic staff at reception and in the bar, very helpful. Facilities we're great, swim pool and gym. Rooms were kept immaculate. Very impressed!

The cold meat salad in the bar was pretty awful. My room was adjacent to a boiler house and there was intermittent loud noises of it firing up all night long

the hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were helpful and cheerful. it was also ideally situated for the work i had to do nearby.

Previously stayed at this hotel, good experience. This time, due to appalling room allocation this time - very different, poor experience

Booked a double room, smoking. When checking in, receptionist seemed surprised booking was for two people. When arrived at room, at best it was a single room with a small double bed. No ashtray - for a smoking room? Had to crawl out end of bed as only possible to get out from 1 side or end - other side jammed against wall. Bathroom small also, wc so close to side of bath it wasn't possible to use without scraping against side of bath. In all an appalling room; truly staggering.

The Hotel...lovely hotel if only was closer to the city...staff were really nice from the receptionists to the barman and the waitors!! Some reviews I read gave the food as being not so good..thought the food in the bar was lovely!

I've had a fairly comfortable bed.

Very basic Spa (and the Spa is not in the same building as the hotel)... Rooms were very cold. Tv Remote control didn't work and wasn't replaced in spite of requesting this twice. The public transport links were not all that good.

the manager off the bar was very very rude to my 2 chrildren his name was camel and we ended up in bed at 8pm never again we said so much for a nights break with the family .

Ideal location for where we were going and the price was good. Room was very comfortable.

Although breakfast was ok, it was a little over priced for what you get. Coffee in the breakfast room could also have been better.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, my family are in the catering business and as I result I tend to look for missed spots etc. I was pleasantly surprised. We loved the leisure center next door and the receptionist was good enough to let us in after we checked out on the Sunday. A perfect way to relax for the afternoon before the long drive home and we are grateful for it. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant served us a marvelous meal on the Friday. Breakfast was plentiful both mornings. There was a great party atmosphere in the bar Saturday night and we weren't able to hear a thing from our room. The Luas was in a perfect walking distance from the hotel to get to the city centre.

We didn't like the fact that the leisure center closed so early on the Friday or the Saturday. We were there for an exceptionally cold weekend and I felt the heating didn't come on soon enough as the room was quite cold. It did come on during the night however and we found the heat quiet uncomfortable then.
