Excellent Staff in dining room and bar. Jean and Fredic were fantastic and couldnt have done anymore. Well done.
All was very good cant say there was anything we didnt like.
Location Luas transport so close wi fi in room Nice size bath Tea making facilities staff friendly food good but lovely restaurant staff
Lovely staff member was great with us - allowed us to move room due to the poor internet Nice rooms for the price Big car park
Absolutely terrible internet, tried 2 rooms, opposite sides of the hotel and neither worked well, can only imagine it's the same across the whole hotel. Very stiff mattresses.
The staff was friendly and the hotel was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.
The room was small for the price and the tv had only a few selected channels on it and some of them were not in the right working order.
I loved the size and cleanliness of the room. We really liked how close the hotel was to the red line. Very nice pub and restaurant in the hotel!
The shower was very difficult to turn on and off. I had a cold shower because the water would not heat up one of the days. I hit my head multiple times on the vaulted ceiling. Our room's wifi was awful... Very frustrating! We were very disappointed with the pool hours! It closed at 5:00 p.m.
hotel was clean the meal at the restaurant was very nice.
Bed was springy and not so comfortable
Very close to Luas stop for ease of access to Dublin city centre. Nice room; clean and comfortable. Good value by comparison to nearby competition.
Just one small issue; TV remote very temperamental!
First time here, Usually stay in this area for business but travelled with family this time, dissapointed with myself that I hadn't stayed here before, great rooms, food, staff and location and great value for what we needed. Will definitely be back
No under 18's in the pool after 18:00, very early for mid week travelling but not too sure of the weekend policy. Got the lovely steak on a stone for dinner, it was very nice but my white shirt was destroyed with specs from all the sizzling lol, I'm sure it'll come out in the wash
Bed was very horrible didn't like it at all
THE PRICE WAS GOOD
Nice hotel with friendly staff and food in bar was delicious. Have stayed many times and will stay again in the future
For us the location is perfect for catching up with our friends, the spa fitted me in for a quick massage at short notice.
We had to turn of the heating in the bedroom as it was way too hot for us, maybe if it had been at a lower setting the room would have been more comfortable .
Moved room because of noise & cold. Next room I could not get wifi
Rooms were modern Furniture was new Hotel was really clean and updated overall Leisure centre was excellent
Room was too hot on arrival
Location Staff Food
Friendly staff, warm comfortable rooms
Restaruant and bar and bathroom
Had to pay more than the price I was quoted when booking with booking .com and staff were less than helpful when I tried to sort this out
The facilities such as the leisure centre and the bar together with the friendliness of the staff make it a very pleasant hotel to reside in.
The prices of the food in the restaurant are a bit steep.
Still one of the best hotels in Dublin. I got a great last minute secret deal which made the experience even better. Enjoyable.
Located just outside dublin. Provided safe gluten free breakfast Darren was very helpful at breakfast other staff more abrupt Very clean and spacious Free parking tram to townnearby
They changed the locks on the rooms whilst we were there and reception most unhelpful. They key coded the room wrong and we were not warned about what was happening. Not sure if our experience was down to some grumpy staff who didn't want to work Christmas as most people we met in dublin were lovely.
The hotel staff are great ,very professional but welcoming. The leisure centre attached to the hotel is very good and the bar area has loads of space. The luas into the city centre is a short walk away and for just over 6 euros you can travel all day on it. Car parking is free and once again room for at least a hundred cars!
The pool, gym, sauna and steam room. Also a very reasonably priced carvery lunch.
Slightly out of town, but easily reached by the Luas straight into the centre.
THE MAJORITY OF THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT.
ONE STAFF MEMBER ON RECEPTION WHEN I ARRIVED AT 10.45AM WAS TOTALLY IGNORANT, I KNEW I WAS EARLY AND IF THEY DONT HAVE A ROOM FINE, I WILL WAIT BUT I DONT ACCEPT THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE. WHEN I EVENTUALLY CHECKED IN AT 1.45PM SHE WAS NOT THE PERSON THAT CHECKED ME IN THANK GOODNESS.
