Bettystown Court Hotel  

Loved the location. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely big lobby - very modern.

Undergound carpark very dark. Parked outside.

Staff sre friendly and helpfull

The hotel was dirty,-bedrooms, breakfast area, cups for breakfast

Driving out !!!

I stayed last weekend at this hotel and have to say it was the worst place I have ever stayed.firstly the hotel was run down and is in dire need of a facelift I.e worn down carpets bad decore etc secondly the breakfasts where great if you like hospital food didnt even turn up for the next day breakfast Thirdly there are no stairs to access your room only two lifts that are continually jammed packed with screaming kids so waiting for periods of time to get to your room is frustrating (how this passed building control i'll never know)

Value for money and excellent local staff.

Swimming pool , sauna and jecusi made it a good place for the family. The kids club was great

Both my girlfriend and I had a great time at the hotel,the room was nice and spacious, airy and homely all at the same time. The view we got from our room was great looking across quite a bit of BettysTown,the hotel was conveniently placed close to Fantasia and the beach.The staff were friendly and approachable and always willing to help.On the first night we stayed we had bar food it was very tasty although the starter for me was a little on the large side, so couldn't really finish my main course.The second night we had restaurant food and it was very nice aswell, again the staff were very helpful indeed. Also when we went to check out I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a monstrous bill. Thank you very much we had a pleasant stay and will recommend Bettystown court Hotel

The only thing I was a bit upset about was that I had specified a smoking room over the internet when booking ,when we arrived we found that we had been given a no-smoking room,I asked if we could change but the hotel was fully booked so I had to put up with this minor inconvenience,but it wont stop me coming again or recommending you

Near to activities, friendly people and nice live music.

Lack of attention to detail, example had to fix the shower head myself, had to request stopper for wash hand basin, no towels left on one occasion after room service, went for breakfast at 8:30 and we were not served tea or coffee until 9:30 after requesting three times. The pint of he was very poor. The above might seem a lot however they were only annoying things, generally we had a pleasant stay. Oh and one more annoying thing, our room with a view was an abandoned four or five story unfinished building a reminder if we needed it of where it all went wrong.

It was convienent to the places we wanted to see and the staff could not have been nicer.

Absolutely Terrible, I don't know where they got four stars from. I would say probably a two star. Unhelpful staff, filthy rooms, soiled stained carpets, horrible food and the car park underneath is like an abandoned warehouse. When we got there we had to check ourselves in as nobody was at the desk, we waited almost an hour with two very tired children. Asking the barman in the bar and he tells to just wait a bit longer. Eventually I went behind the desk my self and got our keycards from their desk. It's an awful pity, the hotel is only 5 or 6 years old, but already seems delapatated. It's really bad management, and whoever the manager is he should be fired. The place is just filthy, at breakfast the breakfast buffet plates, glasses and cutlerey are all incrusted with yesterday's breakfast. Bottom line, there are other hotels in the area, book yourself in there.
