Cleanliness, food was excellent, staff friendly, good location, suitable for meetings and conducting business. Menu was not varied for people staying a number of nights. |

was convenient to a celebration dinner I was attending in the Lobster Pot we have a lot of relatives in dublin 4 and attend family celebrations on and off. few staff we met approx. 2/3. (Irish also) no manner thought we were in Russia 20 years ago with the KGB. also No room service for Breakfast we paid 20 euro for Breakfast which we wanted in our room so we had no breakfast a first for us.( have no problem paying room service. extra) |

I thought that the cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely first class. It was a pleasure to stay in such a clean room and in fact, the whole hotel was clean and fresh. The staff were all very pleasant and the Reception staff were extremely helpful and cheerful with it. The location of the Hotel was also excellent. It was great to go into the city but return to the quieter area to relax. I chose this Hotel for myself, my husband and two friends and was delighted that it turned out to be such a gem. Thank you. It's not so much what I didn't like because there wasn't anything I didn't like; just a suggestion. The Bewleys Hotel has such character on the outside and in the dining area and lounge area. It is a pity that the rooms don't have more character.I thought that the rooms could have been in a Premier Inn anywhere as they lacked individuality. I think this aspect could be improved without too much expense. Also, a complmentary box of tissues would have been useful and maybe a more inviting complimetary tea and coffe tray. |

Had a fantasic stay at Bewleys! Staff so friendly, buffet breakfast v high quality and the dinners were excellent. Beds were very comfortable, with fluffy duvet and huge pillows. loved the old world victorian interiors.I Would highly recommend the real deal, 300euro for 3 nights bed, buffet breakfast and three 2 course dinner. unbelievable value. food surberb.definately will stay again. Great for relaxing romantic get away. |

Not a lot We thought that from our arrival at the reception desk certain staff were very unfriendly. We could not believe that the room did not have either a drinks fridge or heating (I know it was August but we were cold). The hotel is miles from nowhere and is no use for visiting the city as you have to keep getting on a bus. The noise from the disco below was annoying. There is no way that we would recommend this hotel or use it again. In our opinion it was very overpriced at 109€ without breakfast for one night. |

I have stayed at Bewleys many times and always feel "at home". This speaks for itself I felt that sometimes the cleaning staff came a little early in the morning. 8.,30am is surely too early when one is on holiday. |

This is a very pleasant, well-run & well located hotel, in the near suburbs of Dublin. We got a family room for 2 adults & 2 children at a very reasonable rate. Parking at 8 Euro per 24 hrs is very good value. Generally good facilities & pleasant, efficient staff. We would definitely recommend it for a short stay for families. Everything was up to expectations. |
