Friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel spotless. Good location and secure car parking. Good choice of breakfast at very reasonable price, excellent value. Would stay here again. You would miss the complementry shampoo and soap in the ensuite. Surprised to have to pay car parking charge. |

First time i stayed at this Bewleys hotel, i was really pleased, i asked the lovely man on reception where we could eat, on check in and he recommened the hotels own restaurant, i was a bit unsure, but thought we would eat there, the food was amazing, well done all home cooked, will go again .. |

Not much! The rooms were dirty and need of maintenance for a start. I wrote an email to the manager re our stay. There were many problems, but our main one is that we had to change rooms three times when booking in! Most things really! It left alot to be desired!! Would not stay there again! |

it was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. it was an ideal location for us and reasonably priced shame it doesn't have leisure facilities (though i suppose it would be more expensive then). breakfast arrangements a bit confusing and irritating....your hot food gets cold as you wait to pay. would be better just to include in room rate |

Attractive bullding, comfortable room and easy access to city. Free use of business centre computer and internet appreciated. As a buisness hotel serving an interantional airport, I was a bit put out that my room could not be cleaned after 2.00 pm, as I arrived late after a transatlantic flight and needed to sleep in. Also, the food in the restaurant was disappointing. |

The convenience of being so close to the RDS. The food in Ireland in general was disappointing on this trip - but not at Bewley's. The receptionists spoke too quickly. I've lived in England all my life & I had trouble understanding them. How would someone who was not a native speaker understand a word they said? I think they wouldn't. |

The convenience to the city. The location. The calm relaxed atmosphrere. The general efficientcy in the running of the hotel. They have changed the breakfast serving arrangement, where you have to get your breakfast from the buffet and pay before you sit and eat. At busy times the que gets very long and the food gets cold |

By the time we had queued and paid for the breakfast it was cold, we also did not realise that you had to bring down the signed slip that was given to us with the key, that was a bit of a hassle as we had to go back to the room, otherwise all was well and we would return but hopefully the food would be warm |

I was very happy with the location and the look of the hotel. The room was too small to accommodate 4 people in comfort. The spare bed was not very comfortable. Some of the waiting staff were curt and not very helpful. |

The location is excellent for events in the RDS or the new Landsdowne Road Stadium when completed. Good transport links into Dublin city centre. The breakfast was expensive and they are very strict on what you can have, if you go over you will be charged. It felt like a school dinner hall. |

Pleasant enough for a business trip and the location was perfect for me. Although, the Brasserie Restaurant could improve alot. If getting a cooked breakfast it is almost cold by the time you queue up to get coffee and then queue again to pay. Also the cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved. My evening meal was ruined due to the fact that my plate was disgustingly covered in smeared grease! |
