Comfortable beds, quite room. Friendly staff expect for one member of staff being short an curt.

Each day had to ask for additional towels (only 2 people sharing). Had to also ask for a re stock of tea and coffee each day. Stain on bed cover. Over priced stay, breakfast not included!!!!!

Whoever thought of having the hot food counter open after the Neil Young concert should be applauded !!! well done .We were starving and couldn't believe it ,11 pm at night. Family rooms well laid out with a double,single and sofa bed. Room was clean and warm with vending macines nearby.

Television in the room kept cutting out after a half hour, window in the room wouldn't close.Room was supposed to be round proof but you'd heard a pin drop in the corridor

Paying for car parking for residents as you are not even central for shopping etc. My bathroom light flickered so badly I had to keep turning off. Couldn't fill bath without shower being on.

was quoted 10 euros for breakfast and paid 60 euros for 5 breakfasts. on wednesday my dauhter joined me and i then paid 13 euros for breakfast making a total of 73 euros paid. why the difference and at one stage saw 8.75 euros for breakfast. my only complaint

As frequent travellers we felt this hotel was over priced for the facilities also considering you had to pay to use the hotel car park isn't acceptAble. We were in a dark basement room facing a brick wall and the windows were dirty. The bed for the kids wasn't made up I had to do it myself. Breakfast is over priced and the lady on reception was quite rude on occasion! I wouldn't stay there again.
