Informationer på Hotellet er fyldt med fejl. Angivelser af priser på værrelser og andet er ikke i overensstemmelse med det man efterfølgende ser på fakturaen. Personalet er frække som bare "satan" og der er alle undtagen rengøringsfolk. Om morgenen, når man spiser føler man sig kontrolleret - juice koster ekstra og det er lige før de opsøger én for at se om, man har taget juice. Jeg vil kraftig advare mod hotellet - De opfører sig som "gribbe". Jeg har stor interntional rejseerfaring i 30 år i USA, Japan og Europa. Der er det værste jeg har oplevet. |

Tæt på lufthavnen Deres indchecknig kunne kun foregå efter kl 14, selvom nogle af værelserne selvfølgelig må have været klar inden. Det medførte kæmpekø ved skranken, hvor der opstod to køer og stor utilfredshed blandt kunderne, der havde ventet længe, men som kom alligevel kom til senere end de, der lige trådte ind ad døren.Det må simpelthen kunne gøres mere elegant. |

Hotellet har en meget fin beliggenhed og prisen er fin i forhold til den høje standard Parkering er håbløs, billetsystemet virker ikke. |

Very spacious lobby, accessible to airport, airport shuttle. Wake up call and courteous staff. Soap dispenser in bathroom did not work. |

The large family room was great for a family of 4+. A double bed, a single bed, a pull out couch (full) and a cot for infant in the room. Great value for a quick stay. This hotel seemed very nice for the business traveler. Great cafe downstairs and accommodating staff. It was also nice to have a shuttle service to/from the airport. A bit pricey for the breakfast-to-go and the pastries in the cafe. Would have liked to have a complimentary breakfast with our stay (something fast and easy, not fancy). |

the shuttle bus was really good as was the safety of the underground car park. its close proximity to the airport is its strength. the bed was very uncomfortable |

Good value, shuttle service excellent, secure, dry & well serviced long term car parking facilities Tho not hotel's responsibility, lack of direction signs for drivers travelling leaving htl for city ctr/M50 or airport is a serious gap in overall experience |

The fact that we could park the car and relax before an early flight the next morning. We stayed in the hotel a year ago - for reasons listed above - and enjoyed an excellent dinner. We felt on this occasion that the selection of food was very mundane and that the quality of cooking had dropped. |

comfortable room reasonable choice of menu options fro lunch and dinner. liked the homemade Irish bread offered with soup, It would be nice to have had breakfast included in the room rate and for a bottle of water to be provided in the room |

I liked the efficient front desk service on arrival. The breakfast was very good. The staff at breakfast were very friendly as was the staff at the coffee area in the lobby. However, we were very disappointed to discover that, although we booken and received a non-smoking room, it was very obvious that it had been smoked in as smoke could be smelt in the room and off the bedclothes. The room number was 868. |

This was our fourth stay at a Bewleys Hotels and we would recommend them to anybody. They are clean, comfortable, uncomplicated and good value for money.The staff are friendly, helpful and very accomodating. |
