The room was a good size and there was facilities to make tea & coffee in the room. I arrived late from a flight, and had informed the hotel of my late arrival prior to departure. Despite this, I hadn't been allocated a room until I arrived at 2:30am. When I went to the room, there was someone already there. It was very embarrassing. I was rather unsettled by this experience, as a woman travelling alone. |

Rooms are very large&quiet and many facilities are available (e.g., gym, pool, etc). Moreover there is a very convenient airport shuttle every 20 min. Breakfast is awful and terribly expensive. Stay away from it! |

The hotel was convenient to the airport. The shuttle bus was helpful for our colleague who was flying. The room was comfortable, if a little small for two.. I do not like to use a duvet and would have appreciated a blanket in the room |

The standard of the room was excellent. The gentleman who collected us from the airport was most helpful, friendly and courteous. This complaint has already been made to the day manager: We made our booking through a third-party booker; although we had evidence of our paid booking, the hotel did not. We arrived at 1.00am, very tired and the receptionist was most unhelpful, blaming the third party booking company. Although paid for, we again had to give our credit card number. |

We arrived at the hotel from the airport at around 9pm and we were pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant open and we then ordered some food which was very nice and reasonably priced. |

Close to airport and city centre. Clean and lovely breakfast. Small complaint, The toaster in the breakfast room held up the whole queue. |

The comfort of the rooms , and the restaurant staff are very helpfull I arrived on the 5th June and I thought the receptionist was very rude to me, I did not like his attitude, I left the following morning, and returned a week later . Thank God a different receptionist on on duty because he was much more pleasant. |
