I enjoyed the food and the comfort of the rooms.. We were unaware of the fact you needed €100 deposit on arrival,it was made out to us its only common sense you needed that and staff were not very helpful about it finally after 2 long hours we got our room after handing over our passports (which we need as I.d for nightlife). I was happy with the rooms cant fault the hotel itself, but I can certainly fault staff and the fact hotel policy regarding deposits were not advertised when booking.

Proximity to airport, accessibility, nice rooms and facilities. Poor staff attitude - security with golf umbrella stood by door of bus during worst rainstorm ever. I was relieved to be guided by my husband under the brolly, but the man turned round to me and said he was too busy and promptly disappeared - he didn't realised I kept an eye on him drinking a coffee with his colleague - everyone in my group got soaked - ignorant **** (he could have earned a fortune in tips!!). Watch what you order as a meal - the Caesar salad is a joke - a few strips of shredded salad and a measley scattering of chicken which didn't reassemble into a whole breast - drizzling it in Caesar dressing doesn't make it a Caesar salad! - complained to waiting staff who shrugged it off - chef didn't come to see me as requested suggesting they're microwave cooks and not proper chefs with pride. Too tired to take any further but they won't be getting my money again in a hurry.

Excellent - price, location to airport, (free shuttle bus 24hours a day). Staff on reception were excellent and extremely helpful. Rooms were spacious, spotless, though quite warm. Bathroom a lovely size, again, spotless. Excellent water pressure and hot water at all times of our stay. Bath in room too-lovely size. Dinner in the hotel restaurant, staff were not very attentive, food was only mediocre - a bit of work on this area would really benefit the hotel as a whole.

The service in the restaurant was very poor. Waiters just talking a lot to each other and ignoring customers. Everything else was fine during our stay, thank you

Staff was very pleasant when registering. Food was not great value for money, but was very impressed with the waitressShe was very good at her job and a pleasure to talk to.. We had a hard time finding the place as the gps brought us into the airport. When we finally found it,the girl at reception said that alot of customers complained about the same problem, and that the hotel had contacted the gps people. I would suggest that you put it on your website so that people don't waste time following their gps. Secondly we had asked for a 5am wake up call as we had to be at the airport by 6am. We never got the call. Luckily I woke up,otherwise we may have been late arriving at the airport. Other than these two major upsets, we enjoyed our stay.

An overnight stay in order to catch an early flight in the morning. Arrived to find the restaurant closed at 10.30pm on a Saturday evening, and a basic snack-bar on the verge of closing. Just managed to order a supper dish which was very poor and overpriced. For a large hotel specialising in airport travellers it seems incredible that the eating options are so limited. Not even tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. We will not be staying again.

The bed was comfortable. LOcation not convenient enough to airport, bus service less convenient, too huge, front desk did not answer calls, too busy, had to move in the middle of the night because of repetitive noise in room,

It was very difficult to find. A better map would be helpful, with route marked frorm airport. We could not use the shuttle bus as our plane was delayed 3 hours and we did not land until about 2 am, so we had to drive in the dark when exhausted.

The hotel was perfect for our overnight stay, wevhad to leave early the next morning to catch a flight so only experienced the room. My only really minor dislike was that it was a little far from the airport but we didn't have to wait long for the bus.

Their staff was very helpful especially Brian . Linda was also very helpful. It was great that they let us keep our baggage while we went to mainland Europe for a short trip and I found Brian extremely helpful all along and especially in finding out information for us for a trip to Northern Ireland while we went away to mainland Europe. I was really suprised and extremely happy to see that he had really looked into the tour by calling the tour company as we were coming back on Sunday at midnight and were interested in taking tour next morning at 6am. Great service and very good shuttle service from the Airport. It is employees like Brian that make you feel so welcome and want to go back to another Bewleys Hotel elsewhere next time. There were no shopping malls close by

We liked the family room size and comfort and also the excellent double glazing which kept out the Airport noise really well. I also liked that food and drink were available late and could be taken to the room. Only one full size towel available and five hand towels. This in a family room is unacceptable. Also shower started going hot and cold after a while which was really annoying.

Wifi in the room Not value for money. Also charging over overnight parking is unfair. I didn't see mention of this charge when booking. There are far better hotels in Dublin in better locations offering far better value for money. Try the Clarion for example.

Transfer to the airport and the car parking is handy. The problem with this hotel is the staff at the reception desk. It is very clear that they do not have the people skills to represent the hotel as it should be. they are very slow upon check in and take calls at the desk without any simple "excuse me". If you can put up with the lack of respect, then the hotel is ideally placed for the parking and transfers to the airport. However be aware that the cost of eating in the hotel is nonsense and you really should look to eat elsewhere as the quality of the food does not meet the price tag. All that said, the pillows are comfy.

Here is the list of things we found wrong with our stay: -The shower would not stay at a constant temprature whilst my partner was using it. This caused my partner to be scolded by extremly hot wate, which made her very distressed. -It took house keeping staff 30 minutes to bring up 3 bathtowels to the first floor, but they only brought 1 bathtowel and 1 handtowel. -We felt the bathroom was seriously under stocked. It only had 2 handtowels and a blue liquid we could only assume was soap. -Wifi in the room was only available at the work desk, what's the point in having wifi if it's only accessable from one spot???? -The food in the restaurant at dinner was mediocre at best. We ordered the steak and pork belly dishes. The vegtables were cold, the steak was luke warm. The only thing that was good was the pork. -My partner and I felt rushed by the waiting staff. -The staff didn't seem to be knowledgable about the hotel chain of command. I asked one member of staff how to contact the manager on duty about a private issue and the response was astounding. "What is a manager? I don't understand." Then I asked about the person in charge of her and she said "I don't know. You'll have to call reception." This is unaccepctable!!!!! -The wallpaper in our room was bubbling off the wall. -We are also upset that we had to wait for 45 mins for the airport shuttle. I do understand that the timings are not set in stone but still, 45 mins is not what I would call a regular service.

We chose it for its location near the airport and for the park & fly facility. Reasonable price for accommodation & parking combined. The shuttle bus to the airport & back was very important part of the deal for us. There were only two of us and the room had an extra double bed made up and a cot which left very little room for us and were not necessary. The staff at reception were not very welcoming at first but improved.
