Efficiency of staff. Comfort and quietness of rooms. Excelent value for money and security of the car.

I liked the efficient front desk service on arrival. The breakfast was very good. The staff at breakfast were very friendly as was the staff at the coffee area in the lobby.

However, we were very disappointed to discover that, although we booken and received a non-smoking room, it was very obvious that it had been smoked in as smoke could be smelt in the room and off the bedclothes. The room number was 868.

The service was top notch. In fact, you would normally have to spend a lot more to get such service.

The hotel was well positioned for access to the airport with free shuttle every 20 mins. It was clean, efficient and ideal for a overnight stay prior to flying. I didn't eat at the hotel but the menu looked pretty good, prices ok.

The only downside was the distance from Dublin city center. The journey by taxi cost around 20 euro each way!

Good airport shuttle service

Food was disappointing - had dinner, then breakfast, in the Brasserie. The evening meal was "fast" food - obviously just heated up/finished off. It was served so quickly. Breakfast was a rip-off with basic package plus additional itemised costs. Why not have the usual 2 options - continental or full breakfast at a fixed price for each and with a full choice of items for each.

The staff were very friendly and helpful,and the room was very clean and luxurious. They provided an airport shuttle every 20 minutes (although it seemed to always be there when we needed it) which made it very easy to get to the city center (since we didn't have a car).

Our bed was made up poorly. Not the end of the world, but for the price you can't really complain.

The friendliness of the staff, excellent service on arrival, help of suttle bus drivers to and from the airport. ~ Good value for money for long term car parking.

It was convenient to Airport and the courtesy bus and car parking are a great advantage

Only 2 pillows in bedroom would have liked to have 2 each, also no shower cap in bathroom and only 2 small towels, had to look around room to find extra towels. Difficult to find the kettle and the tea making equipment, we arrived after midnight and were not in the mood to start looking . We only discovered the equipment the next morning.
