As our stay at your hotel was only for one night, purely a 'stop over' after a late flight to Dublin returning from holidays my experience is very limited but for the time I was there with my husband and two daughterswe were well rested in a comfortable spacious family room, the loby and bar area gives a great sense of space and I was very impressed with the fact that there was actually a wedding on that night which I hardly noticed until the function room door opened and the music was clearly heard, its not a complaint but a compliment on the sound proofing. The free bus was a bonus and a great service in addition to your hotel. In saying that, I can safely say that I would most definitely stay at your hotel again and for more than one night the next time hopefully. |

As I was travelling on business and had a brief stop over in Dublin, the covenience of the shuttle sevice to the airport was extremely helpful limited availability after 11pm of food, I did not arrive in hotel until 10.45pm |

I consider the hotel to be strategically located close to airport and the city. The staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel was clean and comfortable. |

Convenience to airport and the soundproofing is effective Separate car parking charge even when actually staying in the hotel there is no where else to park if you have a car and there are cheaper options for airport carparking. |

We enjoyed our short stay. Food was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Everyone helpful and we would stay again given the chance. Airport shuttle drivers were really helpful and funny, and friendly. Everything was great. |

The staffs were very accomodating , easy to approach, the place was relaxing, very convenient, airport shuttle bus were on time. Foods served were great., no problems at all. Parking fee maybe, though it's already cheaper compare to other hotels |

Clean and good sized room. Free bus to Airport No where near anything else which means you become a captive audience in hotel restaurant and bar, and if the staff paid as much attention to the customers as they do to themselves, then the hotel would move forward in customer service from poor to fair! Shockingly poor system for ordering food with unbelievably long wait to be served my food which was mediocre at best. Noise from foyer can be heard all night in the room and on the whole, I would steer clear. If you have to then only use if you require sleepover before flying. Choose the Carnegie Court hotel in Swords for much betetr value and service and near enough for the airport. |

The room was a good size and there was facilities to make tea & coffee in the room. I arrived late from a flight, and had informed the hotel of my late arrival prior to departure. Despite this, I hadn't been allocated a room until I arrived at 2:30am. When I went to the room, there was someone already there. It was very embarrassing. I was rather unsettled by this experience, as a woman travelling alone. |

it was convient and cheap and exactly what we wanted and needed at the time the staff could have been a bit more friendly they were in my opinion very hostile and hard to approach |
