it was very convenient to the airport had overnight parking facilities and had a shuttle bus service to the airport. It was also very comfortable and no noise. |

I liked the efficient front desk service on arrival. The breakfast was very good. The staff at breakfast were very friendly as was the staff at the coffee area in the lobby. However, we were very disappointed to discover that, although we booken and received a non-smoking room, it was very obvious that it had been smoked in as smoke could be smelt in the room and off the bedclothes. The room number was 868. |

This was our fourth stay at a Bewleys Hotels and we would recommend them to anybody. They are clean, comfortable, uncomplicated and good value for money.The staff are friendly, helpful and very accomodating. |

The hotel was well positioned for access to the airport with free shuttle every 20 mins. It was clean, efficient and ideal for a overnight stay prior to flying. I didn't eat at the hotel but the menu looked pretty good, prices ok. The only downside was the distance from Dublin city center. The journey by taxi cost around 20 euro each way! |

Good airport shuttle service Food was disappointing - had dinner, then breakfast, in the Brasserie. The evening meal was "fast" food - obviously just heated up/finished off. It was served so quickly. Breakfast was a rip-off with basic package plus additional itemised costs. Why not have the usual 2 options - continental or full breakfast at a fixed price for each and with a full choice of items for each. |

It was convenient to the airport and shuttle operators were very accomadating No ice...went to every floors ice machine and no cups or containers available. Had to go to bar to ask for ice..time consuming and not necessary after a long day |

The staff were very friendly and helpful,and the room was very clean and luxurious. They provided an airport shuttle every 20 minutes (although it seemed to always be there when we needed it) which made it very easy to get to the city center (since we didn't have a car). |

Near to airport, but far from the city. Confortable, clean, good breakfast, room are very spacious. The best is the shuttle to the airport. If you have intention to go to Dublin, take the shuttle to airport and then buy a ticket to the centre (€ 6), valide to all day, means that you can return to the airport with the same ticket. The Breakfast should be the same price for all and charged directly to the room. You must pay in cash. |

1. Location of hotel and shuttle service to and from the airport 2. Very clean and comfortable rooms I would recommend having a larger business center with more computers. Also the fact that you have a business center needs to be included in your hotel facility information. |
