That they have smoking rooms. Location: it was pretty easy to find. Staff were really nice and helpful. Nothing major, just next time I'm staying I will ask can i be placed in a different room as I was beside the main road and it was a little noisy.

One particular waitress (foreign girl, thin with black hair) served us on Friday and Saturday night in the bar and she was exemplary, a credit to Bewleys. She is the primary reason I'm even writing a review. Breakfast was chaotic, although we did arrive at a very busy time, in fairness. Staff at reception were hot and cold, the Reception Manager checked us out and she was top class, her staff should learn from her. Would prefer a room rate to include car parking charges.

Room, Bar facilities and parking facilities, Having to pay extra for car park while staying at hotel, would be taking the car anyway to this hotel so why not enclose the cost with the charge of the room. Seems like I was being ripped off with the car park but would not have mind paying that extra bit for the room.

Staff went beyond call of duty - I needed a little photocopying done for a course I was delivering the following day, and it was absolutely no problem despite a very busy reception area. Well done guys and thank you.....K N/A

Except for the bar staff, the staff are generally friendly and helpful Value for money is very good. That on check-in there was insufficient staff at the desk, a long queue and the lone member of staff was also taking reservation calls and processing. I went for a beer only to return and see she was still dealing with the first person checking in. The bar staff are very quick to clear the bar and twice we have been declined an Irish Coffee because the machine had already been cleaned when the bar was still open and serving drinks. Its all about getting away quick. I suggest pay them an extra 30 minutes ot.

Room clean and comfortable. Good price for two nights package. Reason why I chose hotel. Didnt like the cost of parking. Although it was only €8 a day it amounted to €16 at the end. It was on the booking confirmation email sent to me so I was aware of it after booking. Had the hotel been in the city centre I would have understood the costs as it may have to share with adjoining business space wise, however, as this was the hotels own private car park I fail to see why these 'extra hidden' costs were needed.
