I like that " country " feeling, the availability of Taxis outside & Buses Yes, one of the staff in the bar when we came back on the Saturday night, not Irish did not like him at all. That was the only negative thing about the whole trip. |

During our stay (Saturday night only) staff entered our room 4 times unannounced! I complained to the front desk at check out and was greated with 'I must talk to the staff about that'.... Wasn't very happy |

comfortable, quiet rooms, clean Far too expensive, rates and bar drinks way too expensive, 10 euro extra for breakfast and then another 8 euro for car parking! All a bit to much for one person for one night, a very strong feeling of being ripped off and not at all good value for money, |

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accomodating despite our stay during 2 concerts events in the area, the matresses were very comfortable (which is not always the case), and we particularly liked the fact that the hotel provided hot food after the concerts (which was quite late) If there was one thing that worried us coming back late, it was the availability of parking spaces as the underground carpark was not especially big, however it looked like the hotel was extending it (at least we hope so!) |

It was convenient for getting into the city and the horse show. The shuttle service was very convenient. Not until the last morning did we have enough towels. When the desk would get them for us, housekeeping took them away. Same for an ice bucket. Finally got one from the bar and housekeeping took that away also. No face cloths. It should have been clear we had 3 people in the room but housekeeping took everything back down to 1 set each morning. My review of the next question is mixed, I cannot give a solid yes and it deserves more than a solid no. |

Although around 1 hour from airport and around 5 miles from city centre, aircoach service runs directly to and from hotel every 15 mins. Bus service is also put on for concerts at Marlay Park. Luas tram service 5 minutes walk with links to all Dundrum and city centre. |

I reluctantly stay at Bewley's hotels for one reason "the pillows". At each hotel I have asked for a standard pillow and have been made to feel as if I am a nuisance. I detest your "hypo" pilows as they give me a stiff neck and disturbed sleep. I know a lot of other people who feel the same. I would love a response on this as I stay in hotels on a weekly basis but only Bewley's if no where else is available. |

Provision of bus service to RDS for concert was unexpected and was an excellent sericeand would definitely book hotel again if this service is available for events. Bar service a little slow and pull out bed was not in working order. |
