Room itself, simple payment for services, excelent food What's the point to bring breakfast without coffee? And when called to service they said go downstairs and ask in reception. if i would be able to go downstairs maybe i don't need coffee at all. Disappointed. |

Bed was extremely comfortable; Liked that a shuttle bus had been organised to bring guests to the Take That concert That we had to pay parking on 2 cars on top of the price of the room, and then when I went to leave, my ticket wouldn't work in the machine, so I had to go back up to reception to get it re-validated. It happened the person behind me at the exit as well. Also I ripped my shirt, but there was no sewing kit in the room. Maybe that's only in higher star-rated hotels. Don't know. |

Very friendly staff, good parking facilities, nice barfood, nice room, Would certainly go again but skip breakfast and have a nice one somewhere in town breakfast not what I expected, looked like a eastern european ordinary and tasted like food from the same. Meager fruit, stale toast and cheap coffee in a ambiance that resembled a polish goelag. |

The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I have stayed several times before and will continue to do so. The girls on the tills at breakfast. Very abrupt and not at all helpful. Also, breakfast used to be better value, paying one price and having a wide choice. This has now been changed and a basic breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children cost almost as much as the room itself. |

It was within walking distanc of my business and pleasure needs, also the Air Coach is just the greatest idea ever!!! I do feel the room is a little too expensive maby £65 a night as I didnt feel I get any better a room as I do in a "2 Star" in Europe. |

convenience of air coach Breakfast. Odd self service airport style, but ok. Small cup of coffee per person only. No pots, (as there is for tea) no refills and and expensive option when you want a second cup. leaves very poor impression. |

Smoking room, no effort to ventilate the room or the whole floor, stale smell which is the worst ever encountered.breakfast was a fiasco, advertise full english but only 5 items allowed no refill of tea/coffee and they charge €2.50 for a small glass of orange. Very poor value at €89 for just the room, middle of an industrial area no other venues around. |

Very convenient to the M50, spacious and modern. Excellent selection of food in the restaurant. Paying €8 for one night in the car park was a bit much i thought. Food was a bit pricey. |

Competitive price, handy location off the M50 along with an easy journey to town on the LUAS. Smell of smoke in the morning coming from the adjoining room (family room with linking door) |
