there was no availability of snacks on christmas morning if you missed breakfast
Great location, easy access to city centre via Luas. Staff were excellent.
Rooms need updating. Car parking fee not good
Location Service Parking
Easy to find ,secure parking, easy check-in , rooms were spotless and very comfortable bed .
Everything was very good
Pillows were hard. Menu was boring. Had to pay €10 for parking.
Location and comfort and warmth.
Nice large bedroom, tea and coffee making facilities.Very clean.
Unfortunately we had bedroom over lounge area, there was a stag party on which literally went on all night.Noise was terrible.
Very good location, service, facilities, would recommend it to families. Had bar food one evening and the standard and service was very good.
Aircoach takes you right to the door. Luas stop a two minute walk away - in the city in 20mins.
Poor quality breakfast - terrible coffee
Beds were comfortable
No luggage trolley available or assistance with luggage. We had lots of bags and two small children so getting too and from the room was difficult. Also the travel cot mattress was broken and very uncomfortable for my small child.
Noise late at night in hallway by guests and music volume prevented sleep until very late hours, unfortunate as one of my children was competing in a sports tournament following morning.
The Bedroom was lovely
Didn't like the life saver water in bedroom. €4.00 is expensive for the size of the bottle. Also no tea/coffee facilities in bedroom
Family room good size, clean and comfy. no frills. Good breakfast
Staff were not very welcoming. Customers seemed to be an inconvenience.
We had diner in bar food good, service very good. reception staff very helpful, booking in and out very easy.
Rooms very stuffy, a large cobweb in room, a badly filled chip in bathroom sink.
the location, the staff and the room was excellent
very difficult eating and drinking as a solo traveller........the bar couldn't provide half bottles of wine so, as a bottle would have been too much for even me I had to buy a single glass....once I was seated for my Brassierie meal, it was very difficult to try and leave my seat and my belongings to get another glass without leaving my good and belongings to fate.....it is a dilemma I'm sure other solo travellers have faced
Comfortable lounges to relax
Handy for bus to Three Arena, that's why I book
On arrival the cleanliness of the room was not good. The bed was covered in long dark hairs. The food in the bar was overpriced for what you got, chicken burger €12.95 with about 10 chips in a tiny bucket and salad. Sirloin Steak was €23 and was very small enough and full of grizzle and was not even served with mushrooms or onions, just a sauce and a few chips and salad. Breakfast was €9.50 for 5 items(1.90 per sausage/rasher/piece of pudding/egg...etc) with tea and toast. As normal in a buffet you have choice of juice or cereals. I was charged an extra 2.20 for a glass of orange juice.
The food in the bar was excellent. The bed was comfortable Good shower facilities Good parking
The only down side was validating my car park ticket. I was in a queue for a long time and was then rushing to get to my meeting.
Room hadn't been cleaned. Very slow to sort problem. Hotel grubby. Waited 2 hours for our room.
Room comfortable and clean, Food acceptable, Staff mostly helpful Close to Lucas
Hidden extras, parking, water all overpriced Very long wait for service in bar Too hot at night, no water available for free
No amenities, quite poor for what the hotel seems to be.
Clean warm and convenient.
Comfortable room, good food, friendly staff and perfect base for shopping in the city or Dundrum Shopping Centre.
We asked at the reception the cost of breakfast and were told it was €9.95 for an Irish breakfast and when we got to the cashier our breakfast had increased in price to €12.50 because we had bread. I travel around Ireland because of my work and have requested to my company that nobody uses this hotel chain in the future. If I was told the full breakfast would cost €15.00 I would nt have any problem. Typical rip off group. It was the same deal with parking
Standard rooms very basic
