Had to pay for parking
Proximity to Luas
Staff were generally unhelpful, bed was long past its best, emailed hotel immediately afterwards with details of stay but didn't receive a reply.
I Liked it everything, nothing wrong to say, Staff was amazing, great food, great service full recommended to everyone, the hotel deserve 5 stars
soap holder dripping in bathroom
Good value for money
Too hot in d room
the man behind the counter from aussy land is a ASSH**E
Spaciousness of the facility Quietness of the rooms Friendliness of the staff Helpfulness of the staff Quality of the food An ATM machine and vending machines near reception There was an iron and ironing board in the room
The mattress was in need of replacement. I could feel the coils through the top covering so I couldn't get a good nights sleep.
No tissues available, tiny bars of soap, small bath towels
Travelled to Dublin for a Graduation Ceremony. Staff were excellent from the start. We needed an early check in, and this was facilitated efficiently, and with absolutely no fuss. Overall experience was excellent. Room facilities very clean, and comfortable. Comparable to Hotels in a much higher price range. Food excellent. Convenience to LUAS was an added bonus. Overall a fantastic experience and we will be back.
There is no downside to staying in this Hotel
Size and cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds
The heat in the bedrooms, the noise of traffic when you opened a window, the crane outside the window at 6.30am, the bar staff were very unhelpful, the double bed was to singles pushed together and very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was very good
We asked for additional pillow and after having rung a 2nd time, we were told that due to hotel being full there was no extra pillows! I find that hard to believe! Def felt staff couldn't be bothered
I didnt like anything to be honest apart from the location.
When we arrived we had to wait a half an hour to check in and we were treated very rudely by the receptionist. We had no toilet roll or soap in the room and when it was made aware to staff they ignored this. We had hairs sll over the shower and beds werent made right. Lifts are terrible had to wait ten minutes to get down, not enough lifts for quantity of rooms.
Spacious, Modern, Friendly, Clean Good food
The only complaint was the car park- its used as an airport hotel, so not many spaces for paying guests -especially on the Saturday night
Loved the bed, the fact the windows opened, the staff were very efficient. The place was run really well and was very good value.
I did not like paying for car-parking. It seems wrong for a hotel.
Extra charge for parking Lack of parking, spent 20 minutes trying to find a space . Nice view of rubbish skip from our window. Toilet used on arrival, towels dirty.
The room was excellent everything you needed was in there. Also the staff at reception were very helpful. The breakfast was very nice also.
Having to pay for parking. I think if you are trying to encourage people to stay the parking should be free
only hotel that was available at that particular time
hotel was extremely busy and noisy, the hotel caters in particular for hen/stag parties, group bookings and very large parties.
It's in a great location for the racecourse and certain other places Spacious room
Room very basic. Dusty in out of reach places ie top shelf above safe. Food and drinks extortionately priced. Nowhere to walk to for dining - isolated location - unless you want to go to the trouble of driving. I think it's disgraceful when you pay to stay somewhere and then get charged separately for parking as is the case here. I would only stay if there were no alternatives. Staff not bothered or engaging - the restaurant staff were awful.
Car park Location for M50 24 hour check in
Rooms shabby furniture Thin duvets 4 euro for water and no drink making facilities
meal Some of the staff were really nice particularly the bar and restaurant staff..
Bed was broken and had to switch rooms and we had to go back down to reception to get a key for the room next door. NOt enough towels for a family room. Asked for directions of several staff and they could not tell us anything but to queue for reception and ask them. Sinkhole in the bathroom did not work properly and neither did the bathroom light you had to keep pressing it to get it on.
Location next to the M50 Large bar/ lounge area Easy check in/ check out
Breakfast not included Parking not included So any ideas about a cheap deal goes up in smoke when you get your bill. But was aware of this before we booked so not exactly a dislike just the perception of price deals as in most things today
Relaxed Atmosphere, pleasant rooms.
Overpowering dark furnishings in the lobby. Limited light breakfast options, coffee shop could open earlier and offer croissants, scrambled egg on toast, bacon rolls etc for those who can't manage a full Irish.
