Fine for a business meeting.
Too far out to see much of Dublin. Rooms very plain and institutional. Bed linen crumpled and looked like it hadn't seen an iron.
Sofa bed broken and for some time too! Offered new room but was too late at night, so made do. I would stay again though :-)
absolutely everything, staff, cleanliness, comfort, I could nt find a fault, which is unusual for me, I have high standards in life, set by the wife. I'll stay there again.
The comfort of the rooms.
The food in the coffee dock was pretty expensive.
having to pay for hotel parking
Friendly and efficient staff. Good cleanliness .
No problems during visit
Had asked for a quite room but would not stay in room 141 ever again constant noise like a fan?? Very bad TV reception.
Price for room was excellent
Price of breakfast was extortionate. Was charged 9.50 for 5 sausages. Bar staff were instucted not to give icebuckets to residents. wanted to have a drink in our room as we had a small child
We booked the wrong date by 1 week. They immediately agreed to change the date when requested even though it was at a premium rate and officially not allowed to be cancelled or transferred.
Nothing (double negative). They're my kind of people.
Staff were nice and friendly, room comfortable and good price
For the price paid for a superior room, it was extremely basic and shabby. Was expecting an awful lot more. Didnt have breakfast in the price. Paid alot less before for other hotels that were miles ahead facility/decor wise. Room service stopped at 9pm, couldnt even get drinks to the room.
Style of room, shabby chair in room, lack of room service, stained duvet inside the sheet.
Excellent location for South Dublin
No WiFi in the room.
The Luas is nearby
Food in the restaurant is boring and no real healthy option
We were very happy with the location and proximity to the Luas and motorway. Nothing else.
Long queues at check-in...eventually more staff arrived back from break. Uncaring attitude. Lights by our bed didn't work, bed was V. uncomfortable. Bad nights sleep.Don't bother with Superior room, its not! Will never stay again in this tatty hovel. Private response from the manager was rude and not customer friendly. Horrific experience.
Staff pleasant food very nice n great value n luas 2:80€ in Stephens green
10€ to park when your staying in the hotel???
The new bar area was a great improvement
Room was clean
Food was poor. My husband got battered fish which was raw in the middle i am a chef myself so i know when something is raw, and the chef argued that it was the texture of the fish even though it was visably RAW.i had a goats cheese salad which was way over priced and not that nice.
Comfortable rooms and Beds
Wifi will not work in bedrooms
Well run hotel with very well mannered staff
Breakfast was a disaster and over priced
Had a relaxing weekend. Good food and a good craic.
Have stayed there many times but never seem to get offers from the Hotel itself.
The comfort of the bed pillows and shower.
The only negative part was the basement carpark it was wet and dirty and you could not set you bags down when you got out of the car the entrance to the hotel from car park was also dirty -- was there a leak
Location to racecourse and free shuttle bus over and back on raceday
The full cost of our room was pre authorised to our credit card the morning of our arrival(which was fine) but on check out the next morning we were settling up for a meal we had the night b4, and were asked to pay for our stay again. We thought it was just to authorise the card but realised later, our stay was charged twice and meal charged twice. When phoning back the hotel, they did not once apologise but we were told they could put back the money straight away which didn't happen. It took 5 days for this to be returned, and no apology from any staff.
LOCATION TO RACECOURSE AND LUAS COULD NOT BE BETTER
CHECKOUT VERY SLOW
Bedroom was comfortable and quiet and warm.
Receptionist was a bit scatty
Why is it that when a room is booked for two people there are only 3 pillows provided?
