Wifi was perfect.
Breakfast wasn't great for the price.
Food and staff were excellent , location was good for what I was there for .. Shower was very powerful and rooms were spotless
I had booked a double room but we had 2 single beds that were pushed together ! The hotel was very warm a little on the uncomfortable side in the rooms .. ( even tho we turned down the heat n opened windows)
I didn't like the fact that parking is not included . Its €10 per night, which is way over priced. Parking should be included with your room.
The service in the bar was very slow and the price of the drinks was expensive so was the food also you had to pay for parking
Car park too expensive at €10 overnight stay this is not a city centre location my son joined us for dinner in the hotel his car park bill was €6 again too expensive m
Breakfast was enjoyable
Interior decor is looking somewhat tired in particular in the lobby area. It could do with a link of paint at the very least
A person who we know sat at the table beside us. The waitress(from philipines) said he gave the wrong room number on checking my bill his meal was added onto ours, luckily I saw it so it was sorted out.
Lovely hotel, very clean and very spacious throughout, including our family room. We had dinner there and the food is really excellent, good value and lots of it! The Luas is less then 5 minutes walk from the hotel so handy if you don't want to take the car into town.
Really I could find only one fault, the pillows are rubbish! Please renew them :)
Lovely hotel very clean, warm & so quiet would definitely stay there again
Enjoy stay. Nothing bad to say
Staff very helpful and friendly Rooms big and clean Good value for money
Room was too hot Lobby where lifts and snack machines were was way too hot, so hot that the chocolate in machine was melting
Checking in was swift and friendly staff at reception, the room was spacious and warm. Good buzz in the hotel. Excellent value for money.
Having to pay for parking is scandalous
The atmosphere it is like home
Convenient to RTE Donnybrook, my destination. Room was comfortable and spacious. Bar recently renovated and comfortable. Dining room delightful and delicious food.
Fee of €10.00 for overnight car park Parking ticket machine out of order Lack of pillows in room - 3 in total for a double room. No soaps or shampoos in bathroom
i liked the weekend childrens fun day in the brasseries restaurant.
the cleaners need to be patient with families. it takes a while to get kids out of the room for cleaning.
Washroom was dirty, towels were worn out. I will only stay there if it's the last option.
food was good comfortable surroundings to enjoy a drink
there was 3 couples between us booked in and we all had to pay the parking charges for each car which is very unfair considering the money we spent in the hotel we also had 4 people order steaks with their meals and it was rib eye but the fat was through the whole steak yet we still had to pay the supplement very unfair really annoyed with both of these
Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Convenient location.
The barman was friendly!
We booked a double room last minute. We were given a King size bed which was actually two singles pushed together. We found it very uncomfortable. When we said this to girl at reception she was unapologetic and just said this was standard for King beds.
Nice hotel, well presented.
Car parking €10 which is an outrageous extra on top of room rate, also water available in your room at €4 per bottle. Happy with most aspects apart from this.
Food was nice but over priced, room was nice and clean and nice view of the sea but only one bath towel and one hand towel for two people, free wifi was good.
The main part i was very unhappy about was you are not told that you have to pay extra for car parking until you check out and it is €10, after you pay to stay the night in a hotel anywhere else you are not expected to pay extra to park it should be included, it is in a location that is beside the m50 moterway and I would say alot of people would drive and then be charged extra costs the next morning, would not stay in the hotel again.
