Took my family up to Dublin for the winter wonderland and decided to book this hotel as i'd stayed there a long time ago and was very happy, couldn't have been more disappointed this time. After phoning the hotel to say we'd be arriving late with 2 tired kids arrived up to the room and told we had to make up the extra bed ourself, as it was late just did it as the kids got their jams on. Next went into the bathroom before bed and toilet set etc covered in poo, so angry but as gone 10.30 cleaned it myself so kids could get to bed. When I complained weren't interested at all! All in all found it a dirty, unhelpful hotel who were more interested in numbers than customer satisfaction. Would not recommend this hotel at all!

On arriving at the hotel I found we did not have a double bed and 2 single beds which I assumed I had booked as a family room, on questioning this with a member of staff on reception I got a very stern "no" in reply. We had a family of 2 adults and 2 older children and found we had 3 bath towels on offer however on requesting more we did receive them, later that evening we requested some more pillows and were told there were none available. So I dont think I could recommend bewleys to anyone and we do travel quite regularly to the citywest for dance competitions, but I wouldn't be staying there again.

The staff are very friendly, helpful & efficient. The residents lounge has a nice welcoming and comfortable appearance. Breakfast is excellent, best anywhere. Would like to have my meals in the lounge served on a hot plate.

It had available rooms on the 28th of April, where Dublin was busy because of the Heineken Cup. The hotel restaurant is quite good. Apart from it, nothing is worth mentioning. WiFi didn't work properly. TV remote control was broken and spare was not available. No flat tv. Uncomfortable room with 2 extra beds taken up all the space.

Locati on just off the n7 was great, so convenient to the motorway. No need to go into Dublin City Centre. Loved the comfortable beds. Had a great nights sleep, woke refreshed and rested ready for my conference. Atmosphere was informal, staff helpful and friendly and excellent value for money.

Came from Cork, ideal if you do not wish to city drive. Red Cow Luas stop is 15 mins walk from Hotel and brings you right into the City Centre. We went to a match in Aviva and stayed out in city afterwards and got the last Luas back to the Red Cow stop where there are taxi's available to bring you back to Bewleys if you do not wish to walk. We got the Carvery lunch before heading into City and it was well worth 11euro. Possibly, leave enough towels in the bathroom rather then in drawer for 2nd person but we were advised of this on check in....

Easy access to m50 Parking available Room very good value for money Staff very helpful and friendly Buffet breakfast worked out expensive - €36 for 3 ! and none of us had the full Irish - just 2 for eggs and bacon, toast, juice, bread, tea & fruit. A set brerakfast price of even 10 euro or €6 for a continental would be better I think.

The beds were the most comfy I've ever stayed in, the concierge were very helpful and the bar staff were very friendly. Certain foods were quite expensive, the cleaning staff were quite rude, we were truing to explain I'd misplaced my ring and she said she would "give 5 minutes only" to find it. I don't know if it was because the head of the cleaning staff was polish and misunderstood or just plain rude.

Receptionest - excellent/very efficient. Room very comfortable/noise free. Food in Restaurant very good. There were three of us in a Family Room - unfortunately not enough towels to facilitate the family. No shower caps in bathroom. The Hotel is a little bit out of the way to access the city centre. The nearest Luas Stop is a good 15 minute walk which is a bit off-putting if you have children with you. A taxi cost between 20-25 euro to the city centre or train station.
