Spacious room was an unexpected treat. The room was very comfortable. Bar staff were very friendly. We stayed as room only but ended up eating dinner and breakfast next morning. No complaints at all and would recommend this hotel to others. |

We were at a bible convention in punchestown and there were a lot of Jehovah's Witnesses staying in Bewley's Newlands Cross. If our yearly convention is held in Punchestown next year I would definatley consider booking with Bewley's again. Not a lot, found the restaraunt quite expensive and possibly more pillows on the beds than a flat one each, but other than that, a very enjoyable stay |

Cleanliness There was a charge for everything except the air !! Jams , butter, sauces etc were an extra charge at the breakfast which was almost 10 euro per person. Ridiculous. I was charged a e20 different room rate from the rest of my group even though we all booked at the same time , and the explanation I was given was not very helpful. The staff were very nice and it was not the receptionist's fault. |

The Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. All the dinner menu was gluten free , which is seldom seen in hotels in Ireland Unfortunately , there was no Gluten free bread available , and the Pizzas on offer after 10pm were not Gluten free |

It is very close to the Luas and St. James Hospilta. Went I went to the reception to book in, the couldn't find my booking stating that I had paid and I had to give my visa card again. They were not very friendly.! This should not have happened. So now I am not sure if I have been charged twice for the stay. Will have to wait until I get my visa Statement. |

unfortunately the reason for visiting the hotel was to attend a family funeral. all staff were as accomodating as anywhere else i have stayed. their professionalism was outstanding and i certainly have no complaints like most hotels i find a tendency to over heat the bedrooms, which means opening a window, which in turn leads to traffic noise.the other members of my family who also stayed made the same observation. |

Food in the bar and restaurant was very good and service in the restaurant was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower curtain made bad smell in bathroom and the bath/shower did not drain away properly. |

It was convenient to the Luas Line into town. There was ample parking. Bar and restaurant facilites. Our reservation person (male) was anthing but friendly. A smile costs nothing. The value for money for the cost of the breakfast was rediculous. |
