Nice friendly clean hotel was perfect for our needs
Didn't like the layout of the brasserie felt we were sitting in the open singer singing loudly right beside us couldn't have a proper chat
Staff very friendly, very good value.
I think that the outside could have had salt or grit on the ice in the morning it was lethal!! I would say it was gritted around the door later in the day but it was lethal in the morning around 10am.
Good value and only 30 minutes from Dublin port.
great shower, comfortable bed, efficient polite staff. Room clean, good size and everything worked.
Despite it being -1 outside we still had to turn off the radiator and open the window fully to get a decent night's sleep. It must cost you a fortune to waste that amount of heat!!!
Sofa bed was not made up even though we had booked a family room. TV Remote control was not working either.
Asked the reception for quiet room and they moved me to 1308. Much nicer room, quiet and better and newer bed, sheets and pillows. The receptionist also refunded all breakfast charges in recompense for noisy room on first night.
Made notes that wanted a quiet room on the booking.com form and specifically said I did not want to be near extractor fan noise. Got room 440 and spent restless night due to extractor noise - hotel moved me next day and said they do not get the notes when you use booking.com!
The staff are excellent.
The WiFi in my room didn't work on my smartphone and laptop. The ironing board in the room was broken so I have to go to another room to iron clothes.
Location is a big plus. Staff always friendly.
Friendly staff with Danielle at reception incredibly helpful. Good value food.
Lovely hotel, the food in both the bar and restaurant was excellent. Was brilliant value for money and will stay here again.
The hotel was cold there didn't seem to be heat on that much.
We stayed 29th November ... lovely food ...music sat night was brilliant. .. really comfortable bar! Nice to stay in a hotel that is family friendly! Definitely will be back !!!!
Great value, nice hotel.
An empty biscuit box behind the bedside table!
Price and location
Noisy guests in corridor on 3rd floor at 3am but I suppose that's hotel life
Was in the family/triple room, it has a double, single and a sofa bed. The room is big and clean. The bed seemed firm to touch but was really comfy, there is a hairdryer and iron in each room
There is a kettle for tea in the draw which is good but my sister in another room did not see it, they could have a sign. The ice machine's seem to leak in the corridor and it smelled musty out there.
VERY comfortable beds. I have a problem with my back but had no problem with these beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The roadworks close by which made accessing the hotel difficult. But of course this is outside their control and will hopefully lead to eventual improvements.
Location relative to park and drive for Luas. Food standard in restaurant good.
Bar in poor shape, torn and badly worn seating.
Good price and good food.
Wi-fi reception isn't great in the rooms
Loved the tea lady's helpful personality. She showed interest way above her call of duty in us. She gave us directions to Ashbourne where we were heading to a FEIS in the early hours on Dat morning. She deserves an award for her hospitality and warmth. We will never forget her friendliness and helpfulness!!!
Staff were very helpfull gave me a lovely room and when i asked for directions wrote them out for me and was very nice about it.. would definately recommend it.
The staff were helpful and efficient, food was good, roons clean, comfortable and welcoming.
Stay here regularly. Always excellent.
