The location is fabulous, there was a lovely Christmas market and children's carousel in the grounds on the Sunday morning and of course you are right next door to the fantastic Blarney Wollen Mills shop. Myself and my son had our breakfast at half eight and the cooked breakfast was cold. However my husband didn't eat until half ten and his was perfect.

The comfort of the bed and cleanliness of the room. It took 30 minutes for them to take our order in a quiet enough restaurant.

It is a beautiful hotel, with a luxury feel to it at an affordable price for families, couples and lone travelers, The surroundings are beautiful, and the castle makes it a magical stay. The staff were very accommodating for my son and his two young children. I have stayed there before and I would definitely return. I would strongly recommend it to family and friends.

The location is really good, 2 minutes walking from Blarney Castle. The hotel staff was really nice and helped us with everything we needed. The description of the room said Buffet Brakfast incuded and that wasn't true. Apart from that, therestaurant staff was a bit rude the second morning there.

Staff very pleasant. Location to Blarney Castle ( across the road) & relatives in Cork. The meals in 'The Mill Restaurant' were very good (Breakfast & Evening). Plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast served until 10.30am - so a lay-in is not out of the question, if the need arises after a few pints of 'the black stuff'. Bathrooms could do with sprucing up - looking a bit tired now. Extra bed in room not really suitable for an adult (only a camp bed), even though this site states it is - better to go for a standard triple room. Could do with a covered walkway to get from the hotel to the bar in Christies pub, to prevent getting soaked getting back to the rooms on a wet night.

The location was very handy for getting around The city. The staff were very friendly. The bedroom walls were very thin so you could hear all chat from The room next door. Breakfast was very poor.

The location was excellent as we were having family birthday celebration at Waterloo Inn. We shopped in the Woollen Mills and the church and supermarket were so convenient. Would highly recommend the hotel. Breakfast was first class and staff and service exccellent. There was ample car parking space and cars were safe.

Convience of the restaurant The hotel needs a complete make-over. Poor standards throughout, room smelt fusty and overall was disappointed. The standard of the hotel did not reflect the rating on the website at all.

Proximity to a nearby golf club where I was playing with a Society. The Irish Breakfast was excellent and the Special dinner menu was very good value and excellently cooked. The lift was problematic. There was no air conditioning and the room was very warm - there was only one small window that could be opened. A fan was provided on the second night.
