Location. We went to see Newgrange on one of the days, the receptionist was very helpful in printing out directions for us to take. A great family friendly Hotel. It was great to see friendly young Irish staff,(no offence ment to anybody with a foreign accent). They are bringing pride back to Irish Tourism, the reason so many people come to our Country is to experience our friendly nature and your staff have it all. Most Hotels supply shower gel in the rooms(and in the pool shower area),so I didn't pack any for our trip and had to go and buy it in Mullingar Town. Can I suggest a fitted dispenser system that can be topped up. Our kids are 8 and 10 and the kids club seems to be directed more towards small children so it might be time to get a few playstations, wii or xboxes !!

Staff were excellent. Too many minor irritations, no soap, only one towel, light not working, water escaping from sink, water not hot enough for a bath, food at breakfast not hot and only served on cold plates.

The staff were excellent and helpful. Room service was efficent and breakfast was both lovely and generous. Choice of food for room service was very limited.Room was cold and heating was not working. This was my second time staying at this hotel and on this occasion the room was quite small although very well appointed.

I only stayed One night to meet up with friends in Mullingar. The Staff were very friendly and the service was fast, food was excellent in the dining room that night. The Hotel is in a beautiful location with plentyto do. My complaint is that on arrival the girl in the Reception did not have a record of my booking, which I booked directly with you through the internet. However she later found the booking and a room was given (426) I returned to the reception to advise that I was not happy with the bathroom to be told "well that's all we have " and that's it. Anybody else who stayed in that room ever complained. When I asked would there be a reduction, as I was not happy, I was told No Way. To say the least I was most disappointed. It was too late to try another Hotel. To recommend your Hotel I would advise them to check out the room before hand, not good value for money.

All members of staff were very friendly. Hotel facilities were excellent, swimming pool etc.Restaurant and bar food was very good. Room where we stayed was comfortable, view was beautiful. Hotel was clean through out. Thank you Windows in the hotel room were drafty from the wind at times and lead to coldness during our stay.

The hotel is warm, comfortable, family friendly and caters for young children very well. The food is good and all the staff are very helpful and obliging. The swimming pool and leisure facilities are very good and the kid's club was greatly enjoyed by the children and appreciated by the adults. As a family traveling with kids we would have loved to have had the family bedrooms that we booked either inter connecting or at least side by side and not either end of a long corridor. The mattresses were a bit soft and saggy.

We found the staff very friendly. We were attending a family wedding at another venue and we all ate at the Bloomfield on one of the nights. We enjoyed our meal and have a very enjoyable night there. My adult children had a weekend special and ate in the restaurant and they also enjoyed their meal. We had a nice walk down to the lake. The main hit of the weekend was the leisure centre. We made full use of the swimming pool which all the children enjoyed. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice. Cant think of anything. View from our window was'nt great, but we all cant have lake view.

The surroundings and appearance was excellent, the receptionist was very very helpful and friendly. The room was roomy and very comfortable, breakfast good. I like it a lot. You could put clear directions on your web site and signs on the road for hotel, we traveled at night, difficult to find. Kevin Melia Finding it at night, better sign posts.

This hotel is magnificent. Beautiful surroundings and views, great rooms, comfortable beds. The leisure centre was fantastic. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel. I just wished I had stayed more than 1 night. The only thing I can think of is the speed of the service. This was really slow at times though the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff quickly made up for this.

Excellent location and surroundings. Very friendly staff. Excellent food and great service. Family orientated. The place to go if you want to have a stress free relaxing weekend. I was part of a large group of family and friends. Our bedroom 119 was tiny in comparison to the rooms given to the rest of our group despite the fact that the prices were the same. I regret that I did not ask for a transfer to a more spacious room.
