Bidee tarpeen.Sekoittajaan siivilä, jottei vesi avattaessa ryöpsähdä käyttäjän syliin. Keittiötilat muuten ok, mutta tuskinpa asiakas kuljettaa esim. pöydän pyyhkimiseen tarvittavaa riepua mukanaan.Harjakin voisi olla, syödessä kun syntyy roskaa. Hieman viihtyisyyttä lisää yhteiseen tilaan toivoisi. Lattia on tahmea????Autopaikkoja niukasti osoitettavissa.

The girl at reception was really helpful and when we rang about the toilet, she was very apologetic and on checking out they took 20 euro off the bill which was appreciated

The toilet was filthy so we rang reception. A girl came to clean it but it wouldnt flush, we were given another room but had to wait 30 minutes for it (we have a small baby that we needed to get to bed)

Quiet location overlooking river. No complaints and would definitely recommend it and use it again.

The hotel is situated on the river with some stunning views but also has the practicality of being 5 -10 min walk to the centre of the city. The other thing we liked was the beds, they were extremely comfortable so we got an excellent nights sleep.

The toilet seat in the double room was broken and there were a few cobwebs, nothing very serious.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms well laid out, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area is ideal for either a short or long stay. The hotel is ideally located and is very good value.

Parking is a bit scarce and the shower mechanism can be a bit fiddly.

I travel abroad a lot and this hotel ranks very high for me regarding comfort and value for money. On arriving the receptionist was extreamly friendly, helpful and straight away we felt at ease. I would highly recomment this hotel without reserve.

It's not that I didn't like anything about the hotel, but the bar was empty and this was because the two musicians playing were dreadful. Change the musicians and you will have a full bar.

Friendly, helpful staff, kitchen facilities, the lounge and bedroom separate, and heating which the guest could control.

The parking facilities are very limited.

The Riverside Suites Hotel was central the rooms were really nice but unfortunately for us there had been a hen party who were just leaving when we arrived. We were advised that we could not get our room for a couple of hours as they had made such a mess. When we did eventually get into our room the floors were still sticky but the girl on reception came up and washed it again which did the trick. We had a look in the room next door which was not as bad as ours we were told and what a mess. The staff did really well to get our room back to being liveable. Could not fault the staff but the hen party who stayed before us as we were only there for a night and I felt as if they had spoiled our stay a bit. Saying that I would stay again.

The staff were extremely helpful in booking a restaurant for us and giving directions and further information in order to enhance our trip.

Highly recommend. Lovely river views and huge suite for price. Staff very very helpful and friendly. Which for Ireland does seem to be a difficulty in most places!

No. It was brilliant!

The reception staff were very helpful. The standard of the apartment was beyond our expectations, well equiped and serviced. The restaurant attached to the apartments is very nice with views over the river and able to serve 'bar food' as well as their regular oriental menu.

Parking is limited

The rooms were scenic and peaceful. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful
