fairly cheap, reasonable location The list is too long. Here are a few, the curtains were not wide enough to cover the whole window so when it got bright in the morning I was woken up by the day light. It was 5 euro for a bottle of beer at the bar. The breakbast was disgusting. The matress on the bed was like a sponge (ie. it was too soft). The douvet barely covered the bed.The pillows were tiny. The car park was very small. |

Room was very clean and sofa bed suprisingly comfortable. Hair dryer in room would have been handy. |

Cleanliness, pleasant staff, location. It was unfortunate that the chef was out sick and that the place was understaffed. Two lots of people who entered the restaurant after us were served before us with the result that we had to miss breakfast in order to be on time for an appointment. |

The room was very spacious which is really important when you travel with young children. The hotel had everything that is needed for a comfortable stay at a fair price. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Galway, thus facilitating family trips to the city. |

the reason we picked this hotel was the value for money. it was very cheap compared to other hotels closeby. one thing to be prepared for is although it is near Eyre Square you will more than likely need to get a taxi. it was very basic, the vending machine in the lobby was the only "facility" it had! we had to constantly ask for clean towels and there was never anyone at reception. |

Could not control the heater, smoking smell although it was supposed to be a non-smoking, impossible to understand the staff once they speak. |

there were several different groups of drunk people making noise all night - until 5am - banging doors and shouting. hotel staff did nothing when i informed them, saying this was what it was like every weekend. rooms could have been cleaner also. i will not be returning! |

The parking was very convenient, the free taxi phone and the fact that they had food available which saved having to go into the town to eat |

A well located and very well priced hotel. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and decent. City centre just a 10min walk away. And they take dogs! Great! |

it was clean. near the centre. we bought ourselves some breakfast one day and it was good. I thinks the hotel is very suited for businessmen and women, but not very suited for (young) couples who are on a holiday. not very cosy or romantic. just the basics. nothing extra to make it special. the use of materials in the rooms also came accross as cheap. |
