During my stay I only saw 2 members of staff and they werent very friendly. Also the floor in the room wasnt very clean and could have done with a good hoover.

Room was clean, neat and tidy and we were allowed to bring our small dog - however the €20 charge was a bit much seeing that they didn't supply the dog with breakfast!

Very basic facilities and the heat. Maybe we were just unlucky but the heat during our stay was phenominal - even with both windows open - luckily I had a small portable fan in the car and this was used throughout the evening and night. I appreciate that it was a warm weekend throughout the region but it was very overbearing and tiresome.

The price was excellent value (much cheaper than the local bed and breakfasts) and the room could sleep three which a lot of other places cannot do.

Room small if you are 3; no shampoo or soap in the shower; compared to
other b&b in Ireland, quite expensive; breakfast is not included; after
paying it, you realize that there is not much to eat.

The strong odour of cigarette smoke despite the signs indicating that there was no smoking on the premises. Having only a heavy quilt on the bed and no other sheet/blanket was too hot.

We are told that if you want extra items ie pillows, cups, milk tea etc just ask at reception we did this and was told sorry we have nothing left the hotel is full.
