Very conveniently located
The room was small. Too noisy outside to leave the window open so it got very warm
Convenience & food
Noise from the pub next door
Noise made it impossible to sleep
Location excellent, breakfast excellent.
I am a man of 6'2" in height and in reasonable condition, it was next to impossible to get into shower it must have been the smallest shower tray on the planet so much so I had to get out of shower to put on showergel and then get back in to rinse off.
Location. Staff service excellent
Noise from club
Location Value for money Size of the room Bedroom was done everyday Towels changed everyday Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly
Window in my bedroom to an EXTREMELY noisy street: bars and restaurants with speakers playing loud music until late in the night. Water pressure in the shower was really weak. Annoying.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Nice staff.comfortable room pleasant convenient.
room size family room staff friendly good for group of pals
Noise from bar downstairs would not suit family with young children music also on in the morning
Breakfast was really good and as I am coeliac the staff had a supply of Gluten-free bread for me and that was a great start to the day.
Shower was small / noisy enough at night even though we stayed on a Wednesday night.
Staff friendly Great location right in centre Breakfast homely and tasty Good value
As written previously
comfortable bed, very clean, very helpfull receptionist ,
Location is good, if you want to have party, because there are many pubs. Breakfast is very good.
They don't clean rooms every day... And when there are too many people, there is not enaugh warm water.... We could not have a shower at saturday night.... And at the weekend you can not sleep because of the noise from the street..
The staff were absolutely lovely real friendly would do anything straight away loved it so much wil be back in 3 weeks
Perfect location for bars - noisy if staying their fit any other reason / not for family
very central location, nice breakfast
it was warm and had many noise from the pubs around...
It was my twenty first birthday on Thursday and I wanted to go out on Friday and have a good time. Though I was halted during my ambitions due to the staff's policy on how many people can enter a room at one time. Then, an employee was requesting for me to pay €65 for my friends to stay. I found the majority of staff to be excessively rude and that's all I got to say.
Location in the heart of the city
Breakfast area is far too small for the hotel capacity
-Initial greeting was friendly -Close to some good restaurants
-Car Parks were closed so only street parking. Not given notice about it, -Bar was across the street. Very loud all night. Couldn't leave window open because of the noise so it was very warm in our room. -Bed was very uncomfortable -Continental breakfast looked like it had been out half the night and we left at 0530 so it should have been very fresh -Night staff was abrupt in the morning when we told him that our toilet wasn't working. Did not seem to care.
Definitely in the middle of things- easy walk for music, shopping, food.
Hard to find even with GPS! Denmark St is only 3 blocks long and one way. Hot water took a long time. I was not able to get online even in the lounge.
Room too small Tiny tv Hairs in bed(not ours) Tiny shower Shower blocked Terrible curtains Terrible bed Oh and a spare pillow in the room was covered in what looked like blood
Location Comfortable beds
We were told the hotel can be noisy due to it's central location but that we were being given a room at the back to take us away from that as much as possible- in the event our "room at the back" was directly above the hotel's own outdoor music area. Even with the windows closed the music was full volume. The en-suite shower room was very small and so little water came out of the shower that it was nearly impossible to rinse shampoo out of my hair.
U thought the staff were very helpful and the rooms were very cosy and spotless
