Facilities were top notch, the extras like bread 🥪 butter, milk, jam, tea and coffee plus fresh eggs. You can have as much or as little heating as you like with the controller in the cottage. The whole place is done to a very high standard and the cleanliness is second to none, we didn't see anything that was missed.

Set beside the banks of the River Boyne and within acres of picturesque Irish countryside, Boyne View House offers free on-site parking and a garden for guests to relax in. It is within 5 km of Trim and its historic castle. Free Wi-Fi is available in some rooms at Boyne View, and all rooms feature an en-suite bathroom and a TV. Original antique furniture and tea/coffee making facilities are also provided. A selection of pubs and restaurants can be found within a 5-minute drive in Trim town centre. Please be aware this property does not offer breakfast anymore. Dublin Airport and the prehistoric monument of Newgrange can both be reached within a 50-minute drive, and Fairyhouse Racecourse is just 30 km away. The 12th-century Kileen Castle is 15 minutes away by car and features a golf course set within the historic grounds.

- From the town of Trim, take the R161(New Haggard Road/Kinnegad Road) and drive for 4 km, passing a garage on the left after the sign for River Lane Nurseries. Take the next right turn signposted for Kildalkey and drive over the bridge. The sign for Boyne View House is on the left-hand side. Take a left turn here and drive up the long avenue until you come to the property.
