Bracken Court Hotel  

I was there for a wedding and needed to set the cake up the night before, paddy was bringing me tea and i never felt under any presure not to be in that room until i finished, have to say that alltough i had taken ill with sever asthma attack and had to be admitted to beaumount hospital i still cannot fault the help that was offered to me that night. Paddy, the manager was more than helpful both with his handling of the situation and show of care (Thank you Paddy) I found all of your staff very accomodaing, the williness to help with advice on hairdresser etc was taken of our hands and they arranged the appointments for us. Breakfast was first class, excellent array of food and service. evening meals were delicious for what i could eat lol... but have to say my husband and friends enjoyed the menue and relished what was served. Lidia, served us on 2 nights, i missed her at breafast to extend my thatnks to her.. she dealt with us in a warm ,welcoming and more than friendly manner. her smiles and humor were pleasant and she was quick to accomodate us with her help ensuring that all our needs were met.. Tell her from me (Dolores) the lady who told her about the recipe for irish wheaten and potatoe bread, that i thank her and wish her well, im sure she would be a loss to your hotel if she wern't there. she can dropp me an e-mail for the recipe if she would like them.. The decore of your hotel was relaxing modern and comfortable. thank you al for a lovely stay and i will get back for another trip when im better of this illness. Sincerely yours Dolores craig.

as i have specific dietry requirments the staff were very helpfull and made it possible for me to enjoy my meal and feel comfortable

The hotel is excellent,when ever in dublin I will always stay at bracken hotel.the staffs are excellent.

Absolute stunning, spacious family rooms, reception staff very kind and helpful. Would recommend it to everyone.

Very friendly staff.

Rooms were a bit grubby and beds are too low.

very clean, very friendly, helpful, food/entertainment very good. nice location. value for money, kindly got upgraded to a lovely suite as some rooms had been flooded,also got complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Mr.Thomas Connolly

friendly and warm

the car park is too open. . My car was interfered with - dat was the 2nd time. Now it might only be the dust caps but they were chrome and cost me. . .

The room was lovely with an extremely comfortable, well presented bed. The bathroom was also immaculate. The hallways in the hotel were also, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There should be a display in the car park stating free for hotel guests- but this is a very minor issue. There were no exercise facilities- gym/pool, etc. and the spa was closed on Sundays, this was a bit of a let down.

The staff went that extra mile and made Our stay very very comfortable and enjoyable

You could not dislike anything

Spacious rooms and courteous staff, good food and an ideal location with ample parking space.
