Beautifull from the outside & walks Yes, the room was very run-down & old. The toilet & room needed a total revamp as tiles were broken & tatty & room badly needed new carpets, new tv & more luxary up to date fittings. It auviously had not been re-done in many years. |

Staff were willing to meet exeptional requirements - eg food was made available at 2am on night of late arrival and breakfast was served 30minutes before normal serving time to accomodate my needs. Access from reception to bedrooms is cumbersome |

Our room and the hotel overall was very clean, breakfast was excellent, there was no noise at night. I was unaware until we arrived the swimming pool was in the adjacent hotel, when we arrived at the pool there was swimming classes on, had i known i would have waited to go at another time. The receptionist on arrival was not at all friendly or helpful. |

The fact that they moved us to a quieter room which had no children staying either side of us - there were kids everywhere! It was very busy with families who didn't seem to mind making lots of noise, be it in the corridors, bars or restaurants - we didn't even go in the bar in the end, just took some wine back to our room! |

the decor was modern and breakfast was nice. because the hall ways are long, a vending machine would have went down well as the bar wasnt open when we checked out to get a coke. |

The Receptionist on Friday evening was extremely helpful I wanted a room with a bath and after about 45minutes we got one after changing rooms three times. The gentleman was extremely helpful although beacause of the delay we then had no time to get anything to eat because we where going to a concert in the town. There was no menu in the room for Room service. The breakfast at 9. |

the room was comfortable The bar food stopped at 6 oclock.Could not get crisps or peanuts at bar.That it does not include breakfast.Atmosphere in hotel very poor. |

Clean, good choice for breakfast, nice food No dressing table with mirror in room. Light inside door in mini lobby outside room not working and not fixed after notification. Television was black & white only! |

Never before came across a hotel so lacking in atmosphere, not even backround music in the reception area. Rooms are basic to say the least and not very clean. Walls are obviously paper thin as conversations in adjoining rooms could be heard clearly. Paid €119 for one night room only and €38 for breakfast. Had to pay for 2 full irish even though we had continental. Very expensive for what we got. |
