Breaffy House Hotel and Spa  

It was a lovely setting and having the Spa facilities was good to be able to relax. It was close to Castlebar and well placed to explore the surrounding area.

We were very disappointed with the food. The menu was very small and not very well cooked. There were 2 weddings during our 3 night stay and trying to get into the bar after 3pm was a nightmare

Exceptional staff, friendly and efficient. Rooms were very clean. The pool and facilities wrer exceptional! The standard of hygiene was excellent,

the room was a 5 minute walk from the main area, the bedroom stank of tobacco, we were kept up all night by the noise of the toilet, the radiator made a whistling noise unless it was on full, the bar was far too small for the size of the hotel the resturant was totally under staffed as was the rest of the hotel, the whole place was over run with children

Quiet and peaceful location. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean and. Very comfortable rooms.

Need car to access Church and shops....especially in inclement weather and when one is an oap.

Patchy internet Lot of kids(it was mid term so I Didn't use pool )

nice and friendly & most important good value for money...... The only problem i have is my Laptop was stolen while iwas there.Not in Hotel in the carpark . I am not blaming anyone. I am sending this message off my grandaughters laptop.

The location was beautiful. The staff were most helpful and friendly and we would definately stay again.

I love this place as i live in Mayo and of all the hotels this has it all, staff,things to do,countryside,walks, such a lovely place to relax,all the wonderful things on offer,well wort a visit, go along and enjoy.

I was disappionted with the level of cleanliness of our room,especially the bathroom which was poor.

I though the price was reasonably good value. The location suited me & I choose this hotel mainly because it has a gym & pool.

I liked the location, it is a beautiful building, great for a relaxing few days, I would recommend it to my friends and family,

We requested a non smoking room, when I pointed this out to the girl at reception she changed our room with out quibble, we asked about good places to eat around town, they seemed to lack the basis of intellect, they only pointed out that they could organise a table in the hotel, I wanted to get out and explore the town,

Breaffy House is a very nice Hotel located in a fantastic countryside. The Staff is very helpful.

Hotel was fine food good

Could not sleep all night with the noise of other guests .drunk... Running and fighting up and down the hallway. Over charged for flowers that were bouht in dunnestores.doubled the price.
