The lady owner was very nice. Gave me advice on where to go out. Breakfast was nice. Beautiful house and surrounds. Very pleased.
Breakfast was good.
There is no eating in your room. I even had to ask for water glasses
Friendliness of the owners, choice of breakfast, possibility to take an horse and carriage tour to the National Park.
Breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed finishing my tea in the garden by the lily pond.
The lady in charge was not one bit welcoming, made us feel like we were very unwanted in the bnb. We rang the lady telling her we would be late due to very unfortunate circumstances outside of our control and she stated that she would be in bed (basically that we wouldn't be left in). Then as we got there before we or she expected she greeted us saying "ye said ye were going to be late". Even though we apologised for this (I don't even know why we did apologise as we raced up the road to get there on time) she didn't even comment, but instead turned away from us. Not one ounce of friendliness in this bnb and would not recommend it whatsoever. The stay overall for us was uncomfortable as we felt very unwanted and even as we were departing from the bnb the next morning we remained polite and said thank you for the stay, however she snatched the keys off of us and said bye. I have already informed friends and family of the treatment and they agreed that it was very unprofessional and they have all been turned off this bnb. If you would like a warm, friendly and welcoming bnb I would suggest you steer clear of this one!!!!!!
Owners were fantastic, really great people!!!
Very helpful hosts who gave very good advice for an awesome Irish dinner and music experience.
Staff friendly. Breakfast very nice
B@B was lovely ideally located for what we wanted. Comfortable bed, nice breakfast and friendly people. Would use again.
Truly enjoyed our stay here and the owners were so very, very helpful and considerate during our visit. Can't say enough about their hospitality!!!! Roseanne your scone recipe is in our next tea at months end! thanks for the kindness. Blessing on a good summer!
Nothing not to like!!!
awesome location that did not disappont
Bed was a little soft - but some people like that - still a lovely location and we were not disappointed.
The location is about 15 minutes walking from the center of town. This is not a big problem, except if it is raining and cold. The area is quieter than staying in the center. I chose this b&b because it was a good value compared to hotels in town. The owner, Rossalyn, cooked a nice bacon and egg breakfast for me each day. She is very kind.
There is no public transportation into town, so if you are not a walker you must call a cab. Remember, you will be going back and forth into town for everything. There is nothing in the immediate area of the b&b. I did not have a rental car, so I walked the roundtrip at least twice each day to eat and view the sights. 6-7 euro each way minimum. The lady who runs this place is gracious and kind. I got a gruff reception from her husband when I asked for help with the internet connection. A bit strange.
Good location - we walked to the town center of Kilkenny for dinner. The hosts were very nice, and the breakfast was amazing.
Enjoyed the stay a lot, helpfull and very friendly hosts! Really reccomanded.
Nice situation and friendly staff.
Rosellen was very friendly and helpful. Gave us good recommendations for places to visit. Great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely comfortable delicious breakfast nice location friendly staff
We were traveling with our two teenage daughters and thoroughly enjoyd our stay at Breagagh View B&B. The location was close to the downtown area which made it easy for us to visit all the local points of interest. Rosalee presented us with a wonderful Irish breakfast!
Rosealee was a sweet lady, breakfast was good and she tried but our room was not the best
Room was very very cold.
Our Hostess was wonderful and friendly, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. Very helpful with touring ideas too.
Peaceful nights sleep Breakfast good
Room was too chilly even with the radiator turned up to max
Very friendly hosts. Comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast.
I'm not sure whether there were any tea-making facilities available, but I don't think so.
