Public areas dirty and run down. Far too expensive for the facilities offered.

The lounge area is excellent for relaxing as well as inviting guests to visit. There was a live band in the restaurant area each evening.

The restaurant area is rather dark and gloomy and is not entirely conducive for breakfast. Happily, I managed to sit next to the window each morning and enjoyed the light.

This establishment is timeless! The old mite ridden carpets, the old smokey corridors and not forgetting the panalled wood effect throughout. This really is a case of old trying to be new. The sports complex is to die for..the pool, the plunge pool, sauna's - wow Reception too are exceptional. Breakfast is averaGE, as is the staff and service.

Unofrtunately my friends and I were going to a funeral in Edenderry and I found your hotel on the internet. The family room suited our requirements and was very comfortable and clean. After travelling down from Derry it was a welcome sight. The breakfast was excellant value and and the staff at the reception were most helpful. If I have a happier occasion to be in this area again I would definitely stay in your hotel. I have already been telling family and friends about it. When you are travelling for a sad occasion it is lovely to know that everything was just as it should be. Thank you for your hospitality. Sheila

Everything, we attended a wedding there and from the time we entered the lobby the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The wedding itself was fantastic and there were some lovely touches that made it that bit more special. Bedrooms were spotless and very comfortable and food was delicious. Will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone considering having their wedding reception there.

The only downside was the lack of resident parking but it didn't dampen our stay.

Staff were very helpful,(girl when we got there upgraded room) food was good and room very clean and bars very lively good craic.Will be back

Comfort,Entertainment and Friendly Staff

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms.

Off site parking location was somewhat confusing. Had to ask a couple of locals where the hotel was located even with a gps.

the food was not up to standard for a 4 start hotel

The hotel had a feel good welcoming atmosphere. The lounge in the evening was excellent with the live band and then late music. Hotel staff were excellent. The leisure facilities were also amazing. Will definitly return soon for another visit.

The only thing was for the price of the room we thought it would be bigger and more modern compared to the rest of the hotel. But it didnt affect our visit we still had an amazin time.
