The staff were very apologetic about our issue below. They were very friendly and gave us a free meal as a good will gesture. The triple room was clean and big however you can hear everything outside and inside. Need better insulation. I am sorry to say we did not have a good experience. The family room (202) was directly above a wedding. They were unable to locate us to another room until the following night as it was fully booked. The music was so loud and then the smoking area was directly underneath us so once the music had stopped at 2am there was a sing song outside and alot of noise. We did not get to sleep till 5am. The staff were very apologetic and gave us a free meal and moved us to another room on the 4th floor. The weekend away was a special treat for my pregnant friend so didn't turn out to be restful. The breafast was included but took ages and the staff were run off their feet as they had so may people to serve. The coffee I ordered came with teabags Ha! |

The bedroom was very comfortable. There is a Great breakfast in the morning. The hotel is very close to the bridge centre shopping Center and car park. At night boy racers drive up and down the carpark reving their cars and pulling skids. it would have been an enjoyable stay only for all the noise. |

Staff were very nice. Lobby area very nice. Room for the wedding reception was beautiful. Good spa facilities. 2 complementary little bottles of water left for us in the room was a nice touch. 1. Room smelled of smoke even though we specifically requested non-smoking room. It is illegal to smoke indoors in Ireland anyway so this was odd. Requested Non-smoking though whihc is really the point. 2. Room was made up as a double - not hotels fault - there was no option on booking, com webstie to select twin option. I was down with my sister at the weddign and we didnt want to share a bed. 3. Room was small especially considering its a 4 star hotel. |

The Hotel has an impressive loby and we enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It was noisey. The windows were not double glazed and we could hear shouting and screaming from the street at night and it was noisey in the corridors with more shouting and door banging. The central heating pipes were clanging all night. We had no sleep all weekend. The service was not as good as it could have been, staff could do with more training. Not a four star hotel. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful There could have been more staff to deal with the volume of poeple being catered for on the evening of my stay. Also signs for the car park on arrival would be very helpful. |

Struttura decisamente buona ma ad utilizzo promiscuo (albergo e ricevimenti) per cui a volte puo' risultare un po' caotico. |
