The location of the hotel is very good. just a stones throw from the river. walking distance to christchurch and the shopping areas. The room also gives good value budget accom I wouldnt choose this hotel on a romantic getaway or if your trying to impress someone. The hotel is budget and serves a purpose |

It has a very good central location. The appliances and furnishings were all old and need updating. |

It had a TV. The room smelt of cigarettes, there was ash split all over the carpet and the bottom of the bed. The window had a big crack in it. There were bits all over the carpet which clearly hadn't been hoovered in weeks, There was blood on the drape over the window and there was damp on the walls. The bathroom looked like it needed a few bottles of bleach pouring over the walls. |

Nothing, booked out the next day. Got there at midnight or wouldn't of stayed one night The shower door was broken, the curtains were hanging of the window, the mattress should have been thrown out over 10 years ago. It was nothing like it said on the web site. |

The only thing I liked at the Bridge House was that it was a place to rest my head for the night. The television did not work; the lights did not work with the exception of one small bedside lamp; the shower doors were broken leading to complications trying to open and shut them; the bed was uncomfortable; the curtains did not close all the way; the hairdryer worked for only a very short time; the cleanliness of the pillows, sheets, walls was questionable. |

location was god TV didnt work and the bed was lumpy. In general it was very poor and I do not believe it was anywhere near 'value for money'. I will not be staying there ever again. In comparison to other hotels I stayed in the area,it is probably the worst |

Inside the city centre, close to all the main attractions. Staff really nice. Maybe it needs a a renewing of furnitures, walls and bathrooms. |
