Staff were friendly & attentive at all times, Fantastic value for Money, great leisure centre, good location. My Bedroom was a smoking room however had an unpleasant musty smell, Bathroom sink was not fixed properly to wall, Restaurant menu seemed a little dated and was quite expensive for what was offered, restaurant very dull & dark, staff very nice though. had room on 3rd floor over street - very noisy however i know this cant be helped in a city centre hotel. |

I found the facilities to be exact to my requirements and top end of above average for cost of stay.Staff efficient, friendly and helpful beyond requirements. Bar food.Had burger found it to be dried out, frozen chips not good either.Hotel was booked out and would like to try again on not so busy day. |

I liked everything, its close to all service great, rooms very clean, and great value for money, swimming pool looked terrific but I did not use I was not impressed with meal for 2 @ 60 euro meal not bad but wine was like vinegar. Would have been better to get a glass of better wine than bottle plonk |

My stay was for business and the hotel met my requirements, an ideal one stop hotel and easy to find The information about the car park was a little misleading |

The room was lovely as we were in the new part of the building, staff were polite and entertainment in bar was good. Location is excellent as everything (shops, restaurants, bars, cinema) is within walking distance. Also had pool, gym and spa (special offers available at excellent rates). The original part (most of it - reception, dining area, bar, bedroom corridors) is very shabby. Needs a complete make-over! Although our room was in the lovely new part, we had to walk for ages through grubby, smelly corridors from reception/breakfast. |
