Room clean and spacious. No power sockets working in my room therefore no TV, or other appliances could be used. In the morning staff told me a light switch controls the sockets, strange wiring not to be trusted! |

Room and bathroom very good. Leisure facilities brilliant. Very happy with hotel, nice and quiet but lots to do. A bit smokey in hall way to room. Ashtray in room - though no smelly. Asked for no smoking -thought all hotels were no smoking anyway. Have noticed have been charged twice on credit card, so I have to sort that out. |

The leisure centre was brilliant and the facilities were ideal for the children. It was close to town and we got the best breakfast we ever got in any hotel. Unfortunately, we did not find it very clean. There were cobwebs and spiders in our room and in the hallways. They weren't hidden - they were very visable if anyone just looked up. The dust levels were quite high that resulted in a lot of coughing during the nights and the beds were hard as rocks with plastic sheets covering them. There were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. |

Proximity to the city, easy access to amenities. Safe for families and very child friendly. The reception area was not what it should be |

Near the city which was easily accessible by bus. Great simming pool for the kids with constant lifeguard supervision from 7am to 7pm. Other activities like mini-golf and tennis included as well as a children's activity program. The children's menu was limited. |

I loved the setting within the grounds quite safe for my 2 kids. We loved the swimming pool and the play area was brilliant but not available all the time. The rooms need an overhaul, quite old fashioned. Despite the kids club which I was unaware of when booking, one staff member would not let us use the play area right outside the front door, even after we politely had asked 2 members of staff, and it was obvious the kids club was over as they had left, try telling a 6year old and a 4 year old you cant play in the playground. |
