The location of the hotel was excellent, central to all attractions, shopping and dining. We both thought the staff were outstanding in every respect, from being thoughtful of our needs to being pleasant and friendly. |

The main advantage was the location, it is in the City Centre and therefore very convenient and comfortable to come back to after some shopping |

Staff at the reception desk were very helpful, in particular Conor (I think) - very polite, friendly and professional without being excessively formal |

The staff in the hotel were extremely helpful, especially Conor. All staff were so friendly. The food was great as well! Maybe if the room was a bit bigger. |

A good city boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Very handy for St Stephen's green and Grafton Street. Good food. Noisy at a weekend due to proximity to Bars. |

The staff were very good and nothing was too much trouble, they were helpfull at all times. The rooms were nicely made The food and drink was a bit over the top price wise and side dishes seemed to be more of an afterthought |

Friendliness of the hotel staff is a major selling point, especially Conor. The hotel has a very good atmosphere and is well located for shopping and lively bars. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Great location. Quick service; no waiting in line for check-in, check-out, questions to front desk. Bathroom door stop did not function. |

Excellent staff, friendly and very helpful . Attractive room. Very good breakfast. Walking distance to major attractions, and good restaurants. I think booking.com got me a very good rate. Bediside reading lamp is too dim for reading. I asked for a higher wattage bulb but was told it couldn't go higher. Malfunctioning room security lock didn't get fixed for three days. (But they sent a fruit plate to apologize.) Window has to be closed at night to shut out noise. |

We stayed at Brooks Hotel at the end of an 12 day holiday to Ireland. It was wonderful. Everyone on the staff was cheerful and went way beyond normal to give assistance. The room was immaculate, well decorated, comfortable beds and wonderful amenities. The location was perfect. Everything was within a short walk. You can not go wrong with this hotel. |

The Brooks is in the middle of town without the noise or bustle. It's tucked into a side street. What we liked so much was how nice it was without being over the top--elegant, comfortable, warm without being pretentious. Authentic and not at all cookie cutter. The coffee at breakfast: one pot would be nice and dark while the next would be thin and lifeless |
