The staff were most pleasant and breakfast as always was great. Our room was the newly refurbished deluxe and a vast improvement on the older room type. |

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the main shopping and entertainment area of Dublin. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the room was confortable and quiet. Nothing to stuck out. |

The hotel was very central to everywhere that we wanted to go in the city. The staff were friendly and the manager noticed that they forget my breakfest order so he paid for my car parking They messed up my breakfest order so I ended up waiting a really long time for it. I had also requested a large room and the one we got was quite small |

The staff we met were very friendly and helpful and definitely made us feel at home, in particular the concierge, the barman and the gentleman behind the reception. The breakfast was fabulous and catered for everybody. |

The hotel was very central to the main area of Dublin. The hotel was lovely, very warm when outside was very cold! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Hopefully we will be visiting Dublin again, and will be staying there again. |

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Room was quite small. Also the "double" bed was actually just two single beds placed side-by-side, with seperate sheets. |

The service was excellent and provided by very friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and located in a quiet area of the hotel when we arrived we were offered an upgrade which on inspection was very ordinary and to the front of the hotel which would have been noisy day and night. I felt they were trying to get rid of the room. |

We stayed twice in this hotel. We used to go to the Fitzwilliam (more expensive), but some friends of ours recommended the Brooks. We don't go to the Fitzwilliam anymore! The staff at Brooks are extremely welcoming and professional. They make you feel at home. The deluxe rooms are great. The Breakfast is fabulous. The bar very nice. The location is very central (there's a car park opposite the hotel where you can leave your car for the night for a very reasonable price). The Brooks has become our Dublin base whenever we want to spend the night in the Irish capital. |

All the staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. The hotel was superb, loved the decor! Our bedroom was a nice size and spotless. Very comfy bed too! Breakfast was great. Location was ideal and definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Have recommended it to everyone and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Dublin. |

The staff are fantastic and in these days of hotels with lowering room standards you can always be sure of a lovely clean comfortable room in Brooks. Food was great too and location cannot be beaten. Overall my favorite Dublin hotel, will go back again. |

The hotel itself was equisite, and the standard of rooms and little touches were superb, but the friendliness and professional staff made it for me. An absolute gem of a hotel and I can't wait to go back as it was the best hotel I have stayed in. |

Belong to Small Luxury Hotel of the World. Quite in line with the decor you expect from Ireland. Attention to details. Bathroom clean but not really up to date. The only think I would really do to make the experience perfect: replace the blankets by a nice conforter. Problem with AC: Electricity shuts down by removing key from pad and temperature of the rooms falls to 15C. So recommend to keep one in. |
