Could not fault this place, just wish Dublin was as clean as this Hotel, thanks for a memorable stay.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's very near Trinity College, which was one of our must-see sights, and very near lots of great restaurants and pubs. The room was comfortable and quiet, and they had a pillow menu, which we loved. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the porridge.

The room had minor issues, like the air conditioner dripped occasionally, and the shower water would drip onto the floor no matter how you put the curtain. Also, they use some sort of scented cleaning supplies in the hallways, which I didn't like. (I am bothered by perfumes.) But, like I said, these were minor issues and didn't really detract much from our enjoyment.

Staff at reception & bar were good and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location is good - near shops, TCD and many, many cafes and bars.

Waiter and waitress staff at breakfast were poorly trained.

Staff were excellent - friendly & helpful. Hotel is in a great position - very central for shopping, sightseeing and for many great bars and nightclubs. Also close to the Visit Ireland centre in Suffolk St where day trips leave to travel all over Ireland.

Hotel decor is rather dated and could do with some attention. The Jasmine Bar did not have much atmosphere. Taxis sounding their horns right outside at 1am at the weekend was disturbing!

Took a day to get the message across that the air conditioning in our room was not working and ended up moving rooms late in the evening. However, the response was eventually good and overcame the problem.

Excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants and sights.

Airconditioning did not work, the room was very hot during the night. Had to change room twice. Quite small room.

Brooks is a charming boutique style hotel offering a comfortable, somewhat old fashioned location for exploring dublin. Breakfast is excellent, with both continental self serve buffet and hot items cooked to order. Bedding and bathroom products excellent. Staff at reception and in breakfast room were all friendly and helpful.

All odd numbered rooms look out on ally filled with garbage and recycling bins and some sort of ventilation system. Considering this, noise was minimal except when trash was collected

Location is convenient for Central Dublin & tourist/shopping areas. Excellent breakfast with pleasant staff.

Needs improved public spaces and better concierge knowledge on Dublins restaurants.

The service was exceptional. A special thanks to manager Tom Reilly. The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower/bathroom had wonderful water pressure. Wonderful breakfast. Location fantastic for sights and shopping Above all a feeling of being a boutique hotel with personalized service.

The staff were helpful and extremely friendly, in particular their doorman Connor!

Nothing really, only that the decor in places was a bit tired, but quite acceptable.
