The location for Brooks is fantastic, within short walking distance of all amenities & shopping. The staff were extremly friendly, & the hotel bar was a very relaxing space. I thought the parking charge was too expensive & the rooms while comfortable, could do with a bit of a revamp. |

On checking in I was asked how I had heard about the hotel. I said I had previously stayed there, on hearing this the staff member said she would try and upgrade me to a deluxe room, which she did. Very impressive. |

Staff were extremely friendly. Loved the location - just around the corner from Grafton Street. Parking was not for full day - the €6.35 charge for parking only covered from 5pm to 12noon the following day. outside these hours there was a €2.70 additional charge per hour so could get pretty expensive |

This was our second stay at the Brooks and we returned to it because of it's style, friendliness, cleanliness, comfort and class. We will definitely stay there again as we make frequent trips to Dublin. We had originally booked to stay in a standard double room but we were upgraded to a Deluxe Room at no extra cost. The food is excellent and the relaxed atmosphere is to be savoured in the bar and lounge where you can sit and have afternoon tea or early drinks before dinner. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It's one of the best we have stayed in. |

I was impressed with the front desk managers and the staff, the rooms were very comfortable and clean my parents and family/friends were treated unfairly by the night porter/barman. However it was dealt with the next day by the day staff |

Attractive, clean, comfortable room (w/very comfortable bed); in-room amenities (terry robes, etc.); great water pressure in shower; inviting downstairs lounge for guests; very good breakfasts (included); location gave easy walking access to lots of Dublin destinations. Wireless internet access didn't work from our room, at the end of a corridor and didn't seem to work in the guest lounge either -- but there were two computers for guests to use in the lounge, along with a printer, and there was no wait to use them. |

Staff was absolutely exceptional (particularly your front desk staff, and specifically Lisa). Choice of breakfasts was also excellent. I probably spend 70 or more nights in a hotel for business during the year and based my comments on this comparison. Room was small considering the cost of the room |
