Very friendly staff. Cleanliness. Comfortable room.

My husband said the tv was too small.

The service was exceptional. A special thanks to manager Tom Reilly. The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower/bathroom had wonderful water pressure. Wonderful breakfast. Location fantastic for sights and shopping Above all a feeling of being a boutique hotel with personalized service.

The staff were helpful and extremely friendly, in particular their doorman Connor!

Nothing really, only that the decor in places was a bit tired, but quite acceptable.

The location is perfect: all around you can find plenty of very nice pubs with live music, wine bars or restaurants. Beds were very confortable, breakfast delicious and staff lovely. The place to go in Dublin!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They really are a big plus for the hotel. Also, location is great- can walk to restaurants and to Trinity College quite easily. Breakfast is well done and delicious, and there is also a comfortable bar for after dinner relaxation.

To make it really great: 1) a larger fitness room! 2) we couldn't ever get our room to cool off enough at night. No cross ventilation, so even with window open it didn't cool off much. And the AC didn't seem to blow out cold air. (Rm 607)

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy. Lovely atmosphere. Lovely decor.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from Grafton Street. All the staff were very polite. Very nice room, good size. Breakfast was excellent, I liked the Irish porridge with whisky !

Can be a bit noisy at nighttime if you open the window. Rooms overlook a multi story parking.

The location was amazing, within walking to distance to everything, and terrific restaurants very close by. The staff was amazing, the best I have ever encountered. The rooms were very nice. Whenever we are in Dublin, we will only stay at the Brooks.

I liked the location and the reception staff who were helpful when we needed them.

I cut my finger on a damaged piece of mirrored table in the room we were staying. I was given a plaster for this although it did bleed for the duration on my stay. There was no apology given when I explained what had happened and showed the member of staff the damaged mirrored table although I was thanked for pointing it out. I had stated at the time of booking the hotel by emeil to request dairy free spread and was told that this would not be a problem and just to mention this at the time of getting breakfast, when I mentioned it to the girl that served us breakfast I was told that they did not have any, I explained to her that I was told there would be some and again was told that they did not have it, the girl then left and returned with the dairy free spread but was quite abrupt, I found this a little embarrassing. I have an alergy to milk and was hoping that by room number this would have been picked up on and not had to request. Also on the second day when we got breakfast in our room the dairy free spread was forgotten and I had to go downstairs to request a little bit for my toast, it is little things like this that makes a stay at a hotel special. Apart from this and cutting myself on the broken mirrored table I had an enjoable stay. I got a paper stitch on my finger when I returned to Belfast and It is much better today.

The staff was super helpful and extremely friendly! The amenities were perfect and was an overall extremely enjoyable time. Great location within walking distance to all the fun spots in Dublin. Would stay there again!

The staff were very accomodating, always willing to assist. Lovely comfy beds (6th floor) nice ambience. Extremely good for a weekend stay. The duty manager made a number of calls to assist with our travel plans, very much appreciated.

Didnt have laundry facility on sundays or late sat pickup. No problem as we went down to the laundrette down the road.

The people and the service was amazing. From Connor the lovely helpful concierge to the Manager. Everyone wanted to help you. Brilliant place to stay and I would definately return and tell friends to stay there

The best hotel bed I have slept in for a long time and wonderful pillows.

It took very long time before there was any hot water in the shower - even if I stayed on the first floor
