Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fantastisk frukost! Sängen stor men lite obekväm och enkellakan med tunna filtar passar inte på ett modernt hotell som i övrigt håller hög klass. Det ska vara påslakan och lyxiga ullfiltar! |

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse på hotellet. Bra, centralt läge. Mycket serviceinriktad personal. Perfekt! |

Trevlig, serviceminded personal. Mycket bra läge på hotellet. Nära allt, men ändå något avskilt från den värsta trafiken. Hög klass på rum och faciliteter. God frukost. Nej. |

The hotel was very central and perfect for the main city attractions We stayed in a room facing the rear of the building which was quite noisy early in the mornings and late at night. |

The staff where fantastic, we arrived later than scheduled but got a very warm reception, with a no problem attitude. The Restuarant was held open for us well past normal hours. The other hotel staff where professional and personable. The food was super, the room very comfortable. We really enjoyed it. It exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended. |

I only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Each and every one of the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful especially the lady at the reception desk. the late breakfast on the sunday morning was excellent couldn't find fault with anything . I have already this hotelrecommended to family and friends |

The location, the breakfast, the comfortable beds Noise at night for rooms located in the right side of the corridor ( quite a lot of pubs around and a parking in front, drunk people shouting and singing on weekends) , small size of rooms and closets |

Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, pleasant resident's lounge. Bedroom was noisy, first floor overlooking street. There was a cold breeze coming in the window so I had to keep the curtains closed all the time. Had no bad experience the previous time I stayed there so I think I was just unlucky with the room I got. |

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I had a problem with the air con in the room and they sorted the problem very quickly. They were also very flexible re the overnight car parking I has a morning meeting and didn't leave until after 2.00 but still got the nightly rate of €6 .50. Food was excellent breakfast freshly cooked to perfection and location ideal if you want to go out and about in the city center. Car parking just across from the hotel was was very convenient as well . I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone. The only minor criticism was the fruit scones at breakfast were not fresh but if that's all I have to gripe about then its a very very minor point. |

My parents recently stayed at Brooks Hotel and were very well looked after by the hotel staff. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay and look forward to staying in Brooks again soon. Above all, they enjoyed the relaxed yet professional service and the location of the hotel is second to none |

Everything! - gorgeous room, top value and room service food is the same price/quality as local bistro'S..excellent when working. All staff were beautiful, one of the best boutique hotels I have stayed in, must be brilliantly managed to have such outstanding consistency ..congratulations! |

The location for Brooks is fantastic, within short walking distance of all amenities & shopping. The staff were extremly friendly, & the hotel bar was a very relaxing space. I thought the parking charge was too expensive & the rooms while comfortable, could do with a bit of a revamp. |

On checking in I was asked how I had heard about the hotel. I said I had previously stayed there, on hearing this the staff member said she would try and upgrade me to a deluxe room, which she did. Very impressive. |
