Brosna Lodge Hotel  

It was convienient on our round trip as a stop over but sadly the village doesnt offer much stimulation to visitors. Was easy to locate but would advise the proprieter to improve her social conversation skills to make us feel more welcome, as strangers it would be nice to be guided more in her establishment than find our own way.

No plug in the sink, awful picture on the television, otherwise it was great, oh and be mindful that dead flowers in reception are not a good look.

the staff were great and very helpful . the food was lovely. the entertainment was great on the too nights we stayed there. we will stay there again when we return in september

Lovely friendly hotel, Stayed in the Trollop Suite which was beautiful and spacious. Everyone very knowledgeable about the area and the breakfast was fantastic. Would definately recommend and stay there again

The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect as I have family in Banagher. The room was clean and comfortable.

We had a baby with us and were looking forward to a meal there as it

good little hotel . Stayed here before and enjoyed my stay. rooms are tidy and spacious . also the breakfast is very good . Hope to stay again in the future.

The room we stayed in has been recently up-dated. Very clean. It had a lovely tub, which we enjoyed after a long day on our bicyles. We had dinner in the bar/restaurant and it was very good and well priced.

The food and guinness were very good, but rooms very poor

Zimmer groß und sauber,

Zimmer sehr laut, da genau über dem Pub gelegen und noch dazu eine Geburtstagsfeier bis spät in die Nacht, Frühstück im Hinterzimmer des Pubs, nicht sehr einladend, aber war ok.

C'est un hôtel sympa, avec un vrai petit déjeuner irlandais. Les soirées au pub sont animées. 4 nuits : 3 soirées organisées avec des groupes ou dj.....

A priori pas grand chose de négatif sauf si vous voulez dormir à 22h!!!! Les chambres que nous avons eu étaient juste au dessus du pub sans insonorisation pas facile de dormir, on était un peu comme au milieu d'une boite de nuit (vive les boules Quies!!!!!). On aurai apprécier avoir un peu plus de calme après de vrai journées de rando et de ballades mais bon on à fait avec. Heureusement pour nous les soirées s'arrêtent de bonne heure en Irlande : à 1h du mat tout est fini.

Das Dreibettzimmer war eine Zumutung: Die Fenster waren Milchglasscheiben, davor war ein riesiges lautes Dunstabzugsrohr. Der Eingangsbereich und das Restaurant sahen nett aus. Sehr nettes personal.

Nothing with regard to the accommodation, however the breakfast was good.

There was nobody on the desk when we arrived we rang the bell three times and waiting about 10 minutes for someone to check us in when that person arrived we didn't receive as much as an apology for the delay. Very basic bedroom and bathroom despite the fact that apparently the owners had modernised last year, tea/coffee makings facilities but no biscuit! Its the little things that count. Bathroom pokey with no window only a skylight. Also, and this is really puzzling, frosted glass in the bottom half of the bedroom window despite the fact that when we checked the view of what was obscured by this glass wasn't that bad. We found this very claustrophobic. We felt that the price we paid was too much for what we got.
