Great location, very nice staff. Cracks on the walls in room. A lot of stairs may want to look at getting a lift. Tiny bathroom very hard to move about in without the door flying open as it did not shut right over.

That it was clean The cold. It was freezing. I booked a single room and got a treble. There were holes in the window surround which were not in use and had not been filled (polyfilla would do the trick); there was a little radiator, but it was useless. I took the liberty of using a second duvet.

The room was a good size. It had a tv, good shower, Internet in the lobby. The walls were so paper thin, we could hear every word of the conversation next door - a conversation in a room with 8 beds/people. Some of the rooms are hostels. I can usually sleep through anything but I felt like these teenagers were in the room with me partying

It was in a great central location for shopping and site seeing around the city and the staff were very good because they kept our bags until we were ready to go. In 1 of the family rooms, there was an upstrairs shower which leaked into our room below and while the staff were helpful, they could not really do anything about it as there were no rooms available. However, we got the impression that this had happened before and was not dealt with.

We arrived early and the hotel didnt have a baggage storage area - very disappointed with their customer service. When we came back later that night they told us they didn't have a room for us anymore because of plumbing issues and made us walk to another hotel. They were extremely rude and claimed it wasn't their fault and that we shouldn't be upset with their service.

It was pretty close to attractions for the adventurous walker. The staff was helpful and friendly. Room was a bit lacking in appeal considering the price. Just a place to crash not relax per se. Would have liked WiFi in the room, didn't work so well downstairs but available apparently. Super small shower, and bathroom ( again, considering ammenities for price).

I loved the location it was perfect for everything me and my friends wanted to go and see and do. The staff were very friendly and our room was bright and very clean. even though our room was bright it wasnt bright enough our window couldnt open so the room itself was a bit stuffy so maybe new windows need to be put in. walking back to our room it was very cold so more heating in the halls needs to happen as well.

We needed an overnight stop with early dep. Am. For ferry. Also a quick walk for pint and music .evening before which fitted bill ideally. Based on our room it was what we had expected. Room seen prior to booking highly misleading. But guess that's to be expected. When you arrive to find tape holding batteries in on T.V. remotes, no plug in b/sink and no soap provided, also inadequate sockets for kettle, you know how you stand!

I was able to book into my room at 9am after an early flight. The location was central and felt very safe. The heating would not switch off or turn down so the room was unbearably hot and the window would only open an inch and had to be jammed open with an empty water bottle. It was almost impossible to sleep and I slept very little due to the heat. When I asked after the first night if this could be fixed I was told there was nothing they could do about it and I was offered no alternative.
