Rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable The walls are paper thin, you can hear every thing in the next room. Someone next door stated using a hairdryer at 4 in the morning which was very annoying!!!!!

The staff were very helpful and happy. The Wifi connection worked most of the time but on 2 days was unreliable but the staff did everything they could to rectify this. Breakfast and Dinner were available but the dinner was limited to pizza and side orders. My room was small but had good ensuite shower and comfortable bed. Location was very good for city centre. No lifts and my room the first night was on high floor, but manager moved me down the next morning, still some stairs but only 1 flight not 4!

The hotel is a 3 minute walk from o'connel street and 8 minutes from the liffey, so it's outstandingly cheap for the location. Very small rooms, but it's a budget hotel, so you have to be realistic. Only massive downside was that you could hear a lot of noise early in the morning.

Close to the bus station. In my opinion after staying at 100000 of hotels I am always on the look out for the fire escape,[ cought once did get out with thanks to forward planing] however if you are above the 3rd floor here and a fire broke out on that floor it would be vey difficult to escape especially if the stair well was blocked as the only way out that I could see was jump from the 5th floor and take your luck.

The only nice thing I have to say is the location. I paid way too much for the room I got for two nights. I did complain to the desk and they did move me to a "nicer" room. The place needs some major updating. I had no hot water in the sink or shower. The toilet and fan made noise all night and the bed was so uncomfortable I even slept on top of the two pillows. I think I would have done better to sleep on the floor but the carpet was disgusting. The walls were so thin you could hear everything next door including the whispers. I should have been charged 13 euro a night rather than the 83. I could have had a nicer hotel room for that price. I was really disappointed but with the no refund and cancellation policy I couldn't afford to do it.

This Hotel is excellent value for money! It's in a great location about 5 minute walk to O'Connells street. The bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel. The hotel offers free WI-FI, the rooms are decorated to a high standard and very clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Didn't have breakfast but it looked good. My only bad comment to make would be about the laminate flooring in the rooms - you can hear everything i.e people arriving back late with shoes on. You might think that sounds petty but when your trying to sleep its annoying!

I booked this hotel for myself and my girlfriend for her birthday, we arrived a little earlier than check in time and the staff went the extra mile to accommodate us as soon as possible. The room was modern, spacious and comfortable including an en-suite which was clean and well stocked. Being the first visit to Dublin, the staff were very friendly and helpful and advised all the best places to see. The option of breakfast is available with many varieties and are good prices. The only thing my girlfriend didnt like was the fact that there was no lift, after a tipsy night out, was a struggle!

Good location Small rooms that all seem to have something wrong with them, but nothing too serious. Doors are spring loaded and slam shut, and the stairs/hallways are very squeaky and loud. Internet only worked downstairs in the basement hostel area, which was quite inconvenient. Didn't even work in their lobby sitting area.

the location was excellent! Had to walk up alot of stairs to get to my room, they felt like they were going to break under you and were very narrow-not ideal if you have luggage!! No hangers in the room, the tv reception was terrible my boyfriend managed to fix it though, the attention to detail wasnt that great, but i guess you get what you pay for!!

Good price for an average double room with good and very clean bathroom facilties. Very close to downtown, which is very walkable in the first place. Staff wasn't too helpful when the internet connection downstairs didn't work very well.
