great for a budget and very close to center easy and accessiable
The staff are very friendly especially when I came in for the very first time! The room is absolutely fantastic, it feels like I am home with the equipment I had, iron & kettle. I will definitely return very soon! Good value for money!
The wifi area is only restricted in the reception area. No wifi area for room use, will have to go down to the reception to get wifi. The wifi signal wasn't really strong.
That i had a room with a shower, with quick access to busses and tourist areas
the smell of the old pipes in the bathroom. Noise from adjacent rooms
Close to arena3
No window to open in room? When room got bit stuffy?
It's a hostel not a hotel
Location is very good. Staff was friendly
The cost us too high for what they offer. 160 euro per night is too hight!! For the poor conditions they have.
Staff were really friendly and helpful at any time we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the best hotel bed i have ever stayed in!
There is no elevator and we had suitcases! Plus the window in the bedroom was just a small circle in the corner of the room that wouldnt open and another small one that only opened a small bit. No window in the bathroom. Shower was poor.
Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were big, wifi worked in the room, great location
Bathroom was a bit small as well as the shower.
I had room 503 which is a room at 3rd floor facing the street. I had to wait 20 minutes after I turned on the shower to get hot water and when there was hot water, it was came out by very little. The windows and chassis are so bad that you might as well not have a window at all. This is very annoying early in the morning when traffic starts.
Location and cleaning were nice.
The room was a bit noisy as was located next to the stairs. No Wi-Fi at the room. No water 24h at the room. Only few hours per day.
The helpful and friendly staff,esp.reception.very good value for the money.
Very cheap and close to city entre
Wifi was not working Lobby looks old and dull No lift facility Hygene is poor
Different pillows in the bed
A very poor Wifii
Location great, rooms were older and more tired than appear in pictures. Our blind was broken and we reported it, and our other rooms Tv didn't work, but nothing was done about either problem over the 3 days. Rooms were cleaned every day, tea and coffee filled and towels available. Didn't seem to be much socialising or very friendly staff.
Older building, slightly tired rooms, lack of response to problems.
Friendly helpful front desk. Close to the main attractions. Twenty-five minute walk to Temple Bar area, museums, etc.
Climbing the stairs with heavy bags. Long distance to emergency exits.
There was a pool table there
The hotel room had a stale smell on entry. The window didn't close properly which lead to a lot of noise entering from the street. The matress cover was torn. The rooms are small with high ceilings and very old decor. It all seemed a bit unclean and stuffy. The bathroom was dingy with a tiny shower. Probably the worst hotel ive ever stayed in.
Ir was quiet, confortable and very clean.
Wifi only in common areas
location very clean plenty of towels very nice staff
tiny room no iron/ hairdryer/ safe in the room
It was near from City centre
Good value, clean, comfortable place to stay
Bit noisy if you're near the hostel part- that said I made a noise complaint and the noise stopped!
Our room (2x twin) was nice and had tea making facilities. Beds were comfortable.
Room smelled so strong of bleach when we checked in that we were worried. Luckily it aired out by the time we returned from sight seeing.
Loved the spacious bedroom & comfortable beds. Shower & bathroom clean.
The nets on the windows were dirty , also the windows themselves needed cleaning. Could do with a face lift.
Really good located(important). Nice stuff. Facilities.
Cold shower. Poor breakfast.
