very helpful staff!
i placed a special request but got no feedback!
I got a discounted fare of 27€ for a single room and I was expecting just a standard room: I was given a luxurious en suite, with lots of facilities, including iron, hair dryer and tea/coffee facilities. The structure is huge and there is even a pool table. Nice staff, good position, highly reccomended.
The Room Is Clean. Bed is comfortable. Tea facilities are quiet handle for working through the night. Price is great for a one night lay over. Good staff members. Proximity to the heart of the city is amazing.
For a night's stay, there's nothing to dislike.
Room was nice and clean and lovely staff
Room too close to front street, traffic far too load, felt as if I was outside, no sleep from 5am
The staff was really nice and helpful
The room was fine but the people next to us were so noisy we couldn't sleep
Staff were nice
The walls are paper thin hardly slept
Breakfast was abundant and good.Helpfull staff.Clean room.great location.
The room had only a small round window which was fixed and another one which only slightly opened I felt a little bit claustrophobic, but as we only went in the room to sleep, it was bearable.
The room was fairly basic but considering we paid about £15 each a night I can't really complain much at all - the location was central only 5 minutes walk from O'Connell, the room/bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked well, there was a fairly decent amount of TV channels and there were tea making facilities. Bargain!
The only negative comments I have are about the windows. We were at the front of the hotel which faced a busy main road which meant that we were woken early each morning by road noise as the windows were very thin and felt like they didn't close properly. It also meant that the room was quite cold even with the portable heater provided on. If you do stay I would suggest asking if you could have a rear facing room.
Good location , friendly staff, value for money... We got a good deal /special offer for our two nights on bookng.com . do not think it is worth the full asking price.
Walls are very thin between rooms and you can hear conversations , people walking around , other noise etc..... if your neighbour leaves their bathroom light which also operates the fan on , it will keep you awake at night. ....You will get hassle mostly at night time from junkies/beggers for cigerettes / money while walking through the area.....some can be aggressive.
Location was spot on. Within walking distance to O'Connell St and Luas line. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Let us leave our luggage behind when we checked out. So we didn't have to carry it around while waiting for our train
The walls are pretty thin and they're appeared to be elephants above us getting up at half 7 every morning but that couldn't be helped.
I like the room .. It was nice and modern .. I also liked the fact that I found no dust anywhere :)
The fact that there was no lift and had to climb 5 flights of stairs :( ... Also there was a very rude, unhelpful receptionist when I rung up the hotel a few days prior of arrival
Stayed here as only a short walk to busaras and to city centre. Very clean room and friendly staff. Liked having 24 hour Staff on reception and locked outside doors. Very good shower.
No hot water from bathroom sink tap which also didn't completely turn off. No over bed light switch or bedside lamp. Noisy from people above - creaking floorboards it sounded like.
Location in city centre.
I had a big suspicion that we had RATS or MOUSES in our room !!!! We heard noises which are similar to rats the during night, that we stayed. The walls in this hotel are thin and hollow, ideal for rodents. Unbelievable.
The convenient location Helpful staff
brilliant hotel! 5 minute walk from Temple Bar, 1 street away from o'Connell Street. staff were brilliant let us check in at 10.45, wifi in room was great, really comfy bed, good shower. would 100% stay here again!!
everything was ok
Place is generally clean and for the price is well worth it. Those looking for a five star experience for 35 euro a night and then complain when they don't get it should not come here. Other than that I found it decent and cheap for a one night stay in city centre
No access to wifi
It was very convenient and easy for me to find as i travelled up to Dublin by Bus
Only thing was that i found roo. A bit too cold
The room had excellent facilities- TV, large shower, wall lights, Clippers Coffee. The room was super clean, warm & modern. Will definitely return again!
Good location excellent staff, nice quiet room, good facilities. Much better than my last stay, took on board my comments and acted
Perfect location - Central, close to major attractions, Airlink bus stop right in front of hotel. Nice staff - I thank one in particular for a very good deed. I was surprised at his kind gesture as such people are difficult to find nowadays.
Not as nice as shown in the photos of the hotel. Small shower. But it's ok if you're not fussy!
Location. Free wifi
Everything was great.
Thin walls were a problem...
Nice, clean ,quiet and good location
