friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, perfect location
no WI-FI, hostel and hotel combined in same building-some really suspicious persons was walking around the building
fast wifi in the lounge
No wifi in the room
The breakfast was good value. The linens were good quality.
The bed was uncomfortable, sagged in the middle and squeaked. There is no internet in the room. The water pressure was poor. There was a fair bit of neighbourhood yahoo noise even on a Sunday night. We were on floor 5 with no lift.
Located close to the main attractions of dublin, comfortable beds and clean bathroom facilities
the stairs need some work you would think they were built by a drunk. one of the rooms had lots of flies.
Perfect place for those on a budget. Room comfortable and clean breakfast simple and satisfactory. Quiet a few young people staying hostel facilities not something I would be used to but no problems there.
Room next door occupants were a tad noisy after hours. But I was up quiet early and repaid the compliment lol ☺
quiet fast wifi good size room
price location communal area ,pool table, wifi decent tea bags coffee in room decent hairdryer and iron friendly ,helpful staff
stairs general layout with regard to emergency escape
The bed was comfortable
The staff were rude, unhelpful and inflexible! The room wasn't clean and I found an earwig in the toilet role holder - disgusting!!!! It was noisy and more like a weird hostel than a hotel. The area it was in is not a particularly safe or desirable area, especially for two young female travelers
Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, with good tips and knowledge of the area. Initially thought the decor was quite dated but my place is Very clean, comfy and really good value for money! :)
Initially thought the decor in our room was very dated and shower was small but the beds were sooo comfy, room was clean and downstairs was lovely!
To be honest the only thing I liked about this place was the general location of it
Overpriced, dilapidated, room was dated small and not value for money. I would never ever stay there again
We were able to get quite a few television stations, they had a fan in the room, the bathroom & the room was clean.
There were not enough pillows, that the room was on the 3rd floor, there were no clear directions to our room, that we had to go down to reception to use wifi where there was no privacy. We were just not happy there & won't be booking there again.
Location close to the center but as this, there are numerous other hotels with better conditions
The conditions are terrible. Lack of water starting abouto 8:00 hours, the conditions of the rooms are awful, the windows do not close, the toilets are very small, the noise of the guests throughout the night. As it is near the center, in the area there are bars so drunk people coming all night and making very noise. The hot water has no pressure. There's, no place to leave luggage safely before or after chekin chekout. Conditions of dubious safety. Poorly attended. Price too high for the quality. The rooms that appear on the images do not correspond to those that exist on this site that call hotel. I feel cheated. There's a lot of bether places near .Do not recommend.
The location and the receptionist on our day of arrival was verrrrry nice and friendly.
No lift. No water while showering! Bathroom was not cleaned on a daily basis!
Paper thin walls, poor quality.
Staff super helpful Spacious room
Reception - terrible - looked like a back packers place. General look entering and people were back packers Hotel goers and hostel should NEVER be combined. Food ????? Out of all 15 places we stayed - this one was by far the worst!!
Loved the beds. Very clean & great sleeping & conforters.
When we first drove by, I saw the covered awnings. Really turned me off as a Mom. Did not look welcoming at all. After staying there, I would definitely invest in some great Pop-out looking awnings. Brights, fresh, colors. Bold & big. Orange & yellows maybe.
I liked nothing
Hole in window Woodworm in window Prehistoric rooms Ridiculous mould smell
Bedroom very hot
tea and coffee in the room was great, lovely clean room, comfortable, friendly staff and in a fantastic location also you can get a bus outside directly to the airport
room was on top floor so had to carry luggage up lots of stairs and the shower wasn't working properly, the pressure of the water was very low so the water just trickled out.
The room was poorly furnished and smelt of mould. The hotel is part of a hostel so there are back packers everywhere. The building is old and requires extensive refurbishment and the carpets are threadbare.
The location was excellent to visit the city, staff were helpful and friendly .
The stairwell need to be updated due to the worn carpet and the smell of air freshner overwhelming. No air conditioning thus had to leave windows open noisy at night .
The pictures are misleading ! It's very much a hostel type of place!! The guy who worked there was real nice though but the building wasn't nice ! Good for the price but I'd rather pay extra and go elsewhere
The over all place just wasn't like a hotel it's definitely a hostel and not that clean
This time was my 3rd time and I'm booked back in to stay in October! Cannot wait! If your looking for a place to rest your tired bones after a day or night this is the place and it's central to everywhere. The staff are so friendly! The place is spotless! I will, have and am recommending it to everyone!
Shower is a little bit slow to heat up but that's all I've to say about things I didn't like...
Location Price Staff at entrance
No window in the room No airconditioning The room was hot, and there was no fresh air Noisey The conditions in the room where very unconfortable, it woke us up in the middle of the night and we couldn't do anything about it.
