I liked the large room and over all place. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. And for breakfast they gave us several options to choose.

Friendly knowledgeable hostess. Very nice breakfast (including oatmeal with Baily's Irish Cream!) Family room accommodated 2 adults and 2 teens comfortably. Two minute drive to Bunratty Castle. Lovely little dog named Molly!

    Wi-Fi difficulties.

Terribly sorry to say but we could not verify the extremely high rating of this place. The lady was friendly but the house seemed to be quite outdated.

Our room was very small and so was the bathroom and not so well kept all in all. Self service breakfast was not appealing at all and the food served neither. We were quite happy to leave. It is a shame that this house is rated 4 stars by the B&B organization. This is not only missleading but also unfair towards all the other B&B owners who are investing and improving their offerings.

Patricia brought us some cookies to go with our tea upon our arrival. Very welcome after a long day of driving. Very comfortable room, convenient to the airport.Good conversation with some fellow travelers at breakfast. Nice conclusion to our trip.

Owner , Patricia was so very informative about the area and answered our questions with such grace. The stay was wonderful with cozy room and pretty decor. The breakfast was fit for the Queen and table setting was eloquent with royal style.

The view out our window was beautiful. The breakfast was incredible - it's easily the best breakfast I've ever had at a B&B (at certainly better than what I eat at home!). Our hostess was very gracious and accommodating. The beds were much more comfortable than we've found in other B&Bs and most hotels.

The bathroom had mildew on the walls and inhabited spiderwebs in the ceiling corners. There was a vent of some kind in the ceiling, but there was apparently no fan that we could operate - hence the mildew issue. It caused me to wake up with a serious sinus headache the next morning.

The owner was very friendly and very welcoming. It is in a perfect location for visiting Bunratty and if you want to visit Limerick but don't want to stay in the city itself.

There was no bath only a shower which was a shame but manageable with the age of our children (younger children would struggled with just a shower). Breakfast was disappointing. The cooked breakfast looked delicious, but I didn't feel like anything hot so ordered the continental. I had been hoping for a croissant, rolls or other pastries but sadly it just meant that I missed out on the cooked breakfast and had the same choice of toast and cereal that everyone having cooked breakfast was also having.

Patricia was so welcoming! Her home is beautiful and our room was cozy. Breakfast was wonderful and with many options, even though we were the only guests that morning. Molly, the dog, entertained us with her cute antics. The location is just down the road from Bunratty castle and Durty Nelly's. In a nutshell, great place to stay! Highly recommended.

The only thing we were disappointed about was that we could not spend another night there.
