A very pleasant welcome to the hotel and very attentive staff at breakfast. The plaster in our room (12) needed attention urgently. This did not put us off this hotel but it could be considered an eyesore. |

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money Bunratty Castle was further away from the hotel than I had been led to believe. One of the staff said it was only two minutes walk away - it was a bit more than that. Other than this you couldn't fault the place at all |

We enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to Shannon Airport. Hotel staff helped us with dinner reservations. Very friendly. It was a short walk to town. |

I stayed a double room alone. It was really big and beautifully furnished. It's shame i have to leave quite early in the morning to catch the airplane. I'd love to stay there till breakfast. It must be nice. Shannon airport is very close, it's ideal place to stay before or after the flight. |

our stay at the hotel was very relaxing, the rooms were beautiful and the bed so cosy, the staff were extremely friendly and made our stay immensely enjoyable we will definately go back, |

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Also other staff nice and friendly. Within walking distance of Bunratty Castle and pubs etc. A little bit dated that's all. |

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel did not represent good value for money, especially considering the rates offered by other accommodation in the area. The room was quite small and basic, and did not meet the description of "deluxe" that had been applied to it. |

We were made to feel special as were all guests. Nothing was too much for the staff to do for us.The rooms were a good size and well furnished. Food was excellent. Location ideal as a base for golfing at Dromoland castle, medieval banquet at Bunratty Castle and days out to the Cliffs of Moher, Limerick and Graggaunowen. |

Bunratty Manor Hotel was the last stop on our trip. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Noel is the consumate host! Would choose and recommend this hotel again. |

Access, informality, good restaurant, comfortable room Overpriced wine, poor location of hairdryer/mirror (wife's comment), overally problem of Euro which is hurting Ireland's value for money. You need to devalue by 20% to bring things back into line and leave euro zone. |

The hotel stay was amazing the staff was so wonderful. Noel who ownes the hotel couldn't be more helpful made a family of five of various ages OAPs Child and two adults feel very special. It was our first wedding anniversary and the hotel staff and noel made it an amazing short trip. The food was excellent and the rooms are stunning. |
