Bunratty Castle 中世晩餐会を申し込んだので、それに合わせて滞在した。必要なものがすべて揃った感じの良いホテル。窓の景- 色は裏側で良くなかったが、寝るだけだったので気にならず。Bunratty城へは徒歩２分と出ている案内- 書もあるが、城に入るには城の回りをくるりと廻るのでので１０分以上かかる。でも１０分ほど歩くのは楽しい- 、と思える気持の良い町である。 格別ない。上記のように、この町の売物であるBunratty Castleに入るには十数分歩く。中世晩餐会が夜の１１時に終って歩いて帰ったが、心配でもなんでもない- 小さな町である。 |

A very pleasant welcome to the hotel and very attentive staff at breakfast. The plaster in our room (12) needed attention urgently. This did not put us off this hotel but it could be considered an eyesore. |

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money Bunratty Castle was further away from the hotel than I had been led to believe. One of the staff said it was only two minutes walk away - it was a bit more than that. Other than this you couldn't fault the place at all |

We enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to Shannon Airport. Hotel staff helped us with dinner reservations. Very friendly. It was a short walk to town. |

I stayed a double room alone. It was really big and beautifully furnished. It's shame i have to leave quite early in the morning to catch the airplane. I'd love to stay there till breakfast. It must be nice. Shannon airport is very close, it's ideal place to stay before or after the flight. |

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Also other staff nice and friendly. Within walking distance of Bunratty Castle and pubs etc. A little bit dated that's all. |

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel did not represent good value for money, especially considering the rates offered by other accommodation in the area. The room was quite small and basic, and did not meet the description of "deluxe" that had been applied to it. |

We were made to feel special as were all guests. Nothing was too much for the staff to do for us.The rooms were a good size and well furnished. Food was excellent. Location ideal as a base for golfing at Dromoland castle, medieval banquet at Bunratty Castle and days out to the Cliffs of Moher, Limerick and Graggaunowen. |

Access, informality, good restaurant, comfortable room Overpriced wine, poor location of hairdryer/mirror (wife's comment), overally problem of Euro which is hurting Ireland's value for money. You need to devalue by 20% to bring things back into line and leave euro zone. |
