Bunratty Manor Hotel  

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It has a welcoming feeling. Located very close to Bunratty Castle and Folk Park.

The Hotel was easy walking distance from the Castle and the staff were wonderfully friendly.

We were at the hotel for my son's wedding, Ian and his bride Antoinette. Words can not describe the atmosphere, relaxed air about the place at the same time the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Food was excellent could not find any fault, only critisism I could make was the service between courses, but the quality of the food served more than made up for it, the food was exceptional quality, to be served to so many people with so many choices, all guests were delighted and could not find any fault with the hotel, or the staff, or food or service etc. We thank you and will be recommending the hotel and will be back ourselves for a relaxing break even though we only live in Limerick. Thank you all, and Apologies for keeping bar staff up all night, but really was his own fault for being so nice and creating such a lovel atmosphere we did not want the day to end.

Conveniently located, priced and maintained well. Staff was very courteous and went out of their way for everyone. The rooms were nice and the food was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

We were two couples traveling together. When we checked in, the younger couple traveling with luggage was given a downstairs room while the older couple wiht larger, heavier bags, was given an upstairs room (with no lift). Further, the second floor room had a tub that required a significant step up to get into and step down to get out of. I would have expected him to have known the rooms better and to take this into consideration when assigning rooms. Food was very good, but I felt that we should have been given the opportunity to settle out our bills seperately rather than having all four meals added to our bill leaving us to seperate them out later between us. I would suggest that they offer a check to those dining rather than automatically assigning them to one room.

Comfort, relaxation, friendly hotel staff

Excellent customer service with a smile. Staff are friendly and go the 'extra mile' for their guests, making our stay memorable. The food in the restaurant is of high quality, the menu is good with an extensive wine list. The rooms were spacious and clean. Free wifi in the lounge/ dining area. Execellent location; close to the Cliffs of Moher and around the corner from Bunratty Castle. Thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Location. Very attractive and quaint hotel. Hospitality was excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food exceptional. Family enjoyed their stay and will come back again next trip to beautiful Ireland. Definitely the place to stay awhile in Shannon region. Thank you again for your warmth and kindness to the children. The food is excellent, the service and attention to the customer is just right.

Ease of access to the Hotel.from motorway. Close to Shannon and Limerick city and sightseeing locations. Well kept facilities. Pleasant staff. Warm interior environment. I would recommend to others to stay.

During the day the heating was off, cool in room in the late morning. Early summer April/May we find that many hotels in Ireland conserve use of their heater systems. Was told it is scheduled to come on in the evening. Not a big problem; warm blankets, hot tea and coffee in the room

The very warm welcome from the owners and the friendliness of all in the Hotel. It was a lovely warm , homely Hotel.

Only complaint was having to leave !!

Friendly staff and comfort of rooms

Friendly, quiet and efficient family run small hotel with excellent retaurant - if you are looking for somewhere to stay before flying out of Shannon Airport look no further! Bunratty Manor is in Bunratty village which is five miles/10min drive from airport - far and away better than any of the hotels situated in Shannon town that I have previously used when flying out.
