It was very close to the highway and to The Bunratty Castle and Folk Park.

The Manor was extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff where helpful with any questions we may have had. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was very warm. We did not feel that we had to rush to breakfast or to check out. Our stay was very relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed our time at the Manor.

Friendly staff

We were at the hotel for my son's wedding, Ian and his bride Antoinette. Words can not describe the atmosphere, relaxed air about the place at the same time the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Food was excellent could not find any fault, only critisism I could make was the service between courses, but the quality of the food served more than made up for it, the food was exceptional quality, to be served to so many people with so many choices, all guests were delighted and could not find any fault with the hotel, or the staff, or food or service etc. We thank you and will be recommending the hotel and will be back ourselves for a relaxing break even though we only live in Limerick. Thank you all, and Apologies for keeping bar staff up all night, but really was his own fault for being so nice and creating such a lovel atmosphere we did not want the day to end.

Conveniently located, priced and maintained well. Staff was very courteous and went out of their way for everyone. The rooms were nice and the food was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

We were two couples traveling together. When we checked in, the younger couple traveling with luggage was given a downstairs room while the older couple wiht larger, heavier bags, was given an upstairs room (with no lift). Further, the second floor room had a tub that required a significant step up to get into and step down to get out of. I would have expected him to have known the rooms better and to take this into consideration when assigning rooms. Food was very good, but I felt that we should have been given the opportunity to settle out our bills seperately rather than having all four meals added to our bill leaving us to seperate them out later between us. I would suggest that they offer a check to those dining rather than automatically assigning them to one room.

Dear folks; Stay was fine. No lites in toilet, Rm.#8 Tried every switch. Desk clerk told. Rm very comfortable. Toilet bowl way too short. Looked forward to eve meal. No din on sun & mon. Quite dis-ed.l One of reasons for stay again, eve meal. Otherwise enjoyable stay. Hope to be W/Ye next Yr. Thanks, Ted S.

The rooms a very nice, spacious and in various style. Atmosphere in the hotel is very nice and cosy. Personal very efficient and helpful. Very nice location in close proximity to pubs, restaurants and castle and folk park in Bunratty.

Room was very nice.

Bathroom was not well cleaned. Used soap and shampoo were left in the shower from previous guest.

Lo que mas la situacion, esta al lado del castillo de bunratti.. Ademas el desayuno esta muy bien.
