We really enjoyed sitting on the outdoor terrace and sipping delicious drinks carefully mixed by the professional bar staff. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely view over the courtyard. Also, it is in the perfect location for visiting Bunratty castle. Unfortunately, we were given a smoking room at first even though we did not smoke. I would reccommend checking with guests on their arrival to make sure as the room did not smell very nice. luckily, we were then given a fabulous room which we would reccommend highly. |

Nice hotel close to the castle and the folk park, pool. I phoned them in advance to make me a reservation at the show in the castle. They failed to do this and it was fully sold out by the time we arrived. |

This hotel was superb; staff, food, bedroom was fantatic but I would say that the best part of my stay was the Leisure Centre - excellent Jacuzzi and the Spa was sublime, would certainly recommend all to visit. I believe this hotel should be upgraded to a 4 star at least, well done! |

Very comfortable room and very nice accommodations No signs helping to direct a driver to the hotel and it is hidden behind another set of buildings. Also the breakfast was poor - seemed to be catering to the bus tours and large volumes of people rather than focusing on quality of the food. |

Excellent spa facilities. Good sized clean and tidy room. Lovely environment. Good quality food. Free transport to and from airport - but needed to be booked in advance to qualify. Did not know this upon arrival so missed out on inward free pick-up. Staff service was variable - some provided excellent service, while others were poor with little command of English/Irish. Room service carried surcharges which detracted from value for money. |

yes I did. I did find it a bit difficult to communicate with some staff due to language difficulties. Only one thing! The only machine in the ladies for feminine products was empty - a nightmare as there is no chemist in the vicinity!! I did ask for it to be refilled but to no avail! Can this be remedied please ?? |
