The staff were lovely and very helpful.The bedroom and the size of the bed was great and very comfortable.Room service was great the breakfast was beautiful and hot it came at the time we ordered it.All and all we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very comfortably furnished. Room was spacious and hotel is in a lovely setting. I have written a letter to the manager expressing my annoyance with the treatment I received from one of your female staff on Sunday morning.

Upon Arrival we were greeted warmly, the hotel just looked amazing inside and upon getting to the room totally shocked how big our room was and the design just pure luxury.. And the bed.. My god massive and so comfortable... Best room I have ever been in hands down!! Not a thing.. It was all a fantastic experience and will be repeated for sure.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. It was fantastic! The reception on arrival was friendly and efficient, the food and service for the wedding was perfect, and the room was very comfortable and clean. We ate at the Italian restaurant and it was really nice as well. The prices were reasonable and the staff was attentive and friendly. We took the kids to the castle for the day and they had a ball. Wear walking shoes because we were there for about 4 hours expoloring the caslte and the folk park.

It was a wonderful location, high quality facilities, beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was not included, however we did have it one morning and it could have been better both quality of food and staff.

The family room was huge and had 2 double beds at no extra charge. The staff were really helpful and the place is very child friendly. Perfect location for bunratty folk park. Will definitely be returning.

The lovely location also being so close to the castle. Also the excellent spa and gym facilities available to guest were excellent. Perhaps their being no late residents bar also not being able to avail of late drinks and food to room as we were only staying in a standard double room it seemed. And the price of service charge was quiete steep. Didnt really mind though as we had a great time.

The staff were very polite and helpful. There was a wedding reception on the night we stayed, but we were not in the least disturbed. The rooms were spacious, and nicely laid out. The fuse box noise is somewhat annoying. The extactor in the bathroom could be better. Otherwise I was very happy.

It was close to Bunratty Castle and Durty Nellie'S. The rooms were dated and lacking in comfort. For the amount paid, it was a very poor value - and I would not stay there again. I do not believe it should be considered a luxury hotel by any definition - my room was certainly not "superior".
