I liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The staff was especially efficient and friendly. The free shuttle to the airport a definite plus. The food in the pub was not bad but could have been better. |

It was a lovely quiet and peaceful place, very relaxing. Good location for Shannon. As a female travelling on business alone, I wanted to select from the restaurant menu but eat in the bar, so as not to feel conspicuous eating alone surrounded by romantic middle aged couples, the bar also had a much brighter atmosphere - but this was refused - I thought this was narrow minded. |

Very comfortable room and attentive staff when batteries needed for remote control for TV. Breakfast buffet was of a very high standard, and staff very curtious. Stayed as a stop over on way home from Shannon Airport. Great central location for anyone wanting to tour this region. Residents bar appeared to shut early but infact it was open in one small section not made clear. TV left on quite loud however in general the bar was comfortable but a littel stuffy. Needs a good air out |

Comfortable, and within walking distance to attractions and shopping. Beautiful pool. Eastern European desk men were not welcoming. Also told us castle was closed at 5 pm and no reservations available. We walked over and found tickets for sale and open. We went that evening. ALSO: Internet was not available in the rooms at all. T his was a major inconvenience. |

Very comfortable, immaculately clean, friendly staff and nicely appointed rooms. The surroundings were also nice. I didn't like the fact that I had to have breakfast in the Library (?) on the second floor where the menu was more limited. I would have preferred the option to have breakfast in the main restaurant. I wasn't even aware that there was a separate area for breakfast for people staying on the 4th floor |

Peaceful surroundings and a good nights sleep.Tea/Coffey making facility in my room. Large, spacious bathroom. Having to go to the reception every time I wanted to dial my fellow travellers in their rooms. |

We were attending a Wedding at this hotel. The food was good, the hotel was lovely and the day over was very enjoyable. I just thought the price of the hotel was saucey for Wedding as we didn't go to the room till about five in the morning and were gone out of it at eleven the following day and it cost 170 euro. The length of time we spent in the room was no fault of the hotel, I fully understand that but other people staying were charged only 120 euro. As usual I didn't say anything. |

The hotel had friendly staff and it looked good from the out side. The bed felt like it was a hundred years old and the carpet in the room was pretty old over all the room could have done with a face lift. From our room window we had a view of some old rusted air conditioning ducts. The day afetr we arrived the lift stopped working for a number of hours. Overall the cost of the stay did not reflect well for the property. |

Close location to Bunratty Castle and Shannon Airport. Breakfast was very good, nice facility, very clean. Staff was friendly. Have to come into and out of main entrance, was cumbersome with luggage etc. Would have been nice to be able to use doors at end of building. |

I liked it's location, and the fact that you were not limited to staying within the hotel enviroment, and that there were other places you could go to within walking distance. |

Great hotel. Lovely staff and good bar food. Breakfast was very nice and room was clean and comfortable. Ideal for travelling from Shannon Airport. Slightly hard to find in dark! Shares entrance with Blarney Wollen Mills opposite castle. |

When we saw our room there was a strong smell of cigarrettes in the room. We called reception and told them and they changed us to another room without question and were very good about it. we missed breakfast |
