Situation proche de l'aéroport de Shannon et du château et du musée rural : très bien avant visite de l'Irlande Problème du bruit causé par l'autoroute proche, accentué par la mauvaise fermeture d'une fenêtre |

Chambre à 99 euros avec trace de moisissures sur la fenetre et impossible de regarder à la fenetre sans que le rideau ne vous tombe dessus !! Il faisait froid dans la chambre !! Le petit dejeuner etait vraiment infame ( brulé et café surchauffé et imbuvable ) Si on appelle ca hotel de luxe !! En gros on paye pour la deco de l'hotel mais une fois rentré dans la chambre c'est fini !! Tres decus !!! |

A comfortable bed and room with good bathroom facilities plus very pleasant staff The ambience and decor are dark, which begins to get a bit depressing after a few days |

Efficient and friendly staff, good location away from the airport but not too far. Smallest television I've ever seen in a "luxury" hotel. Not all rooms have flat screens, certain with old analog models ! |

The reception room for a wedding and there is a good buzz around the hotel. Staff have a brillant attitude to customers .Interior walls should be painted and there was an error with booking,, double check booking with hotel |

My husband and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and kept very clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I felt that there should have been biscuits with the tea/coffee in our room. Apparently, some rooms do not have this facility, which for the price being paid, should be standard. |

We were very pleased with the room as well as the included breakfast. The hotel was very conveniently located next to the Bunratty Castle, so there was sightseeing close to the hotel. We flew out of Shannon airport in the morning, so this was very convenient to spend the day in Bunratty and catch an early flight and not feel rushed. We enjoyed the hotel. I only wish that a family with 2 adults and 2 teenagers required two rooms, since family rooms are not available for families with older children. Requiring two rooms is very common in Ireland, so hotel stays during our visit was costly. |

Enjoyed the hotel and the surrounding grounds/gardens. Particularly enjoyed the tour guided by Brian. The accommodations were excellent. I was under whelmed by the wait staff. The "white shirted" servers were poor at recognizing whether a guest in the pub needed some service. They were polite and responsive when you could get their attention, but on several occasions I had to leave my table and walk to the bar to get their attention that I'd like another drink. I don't want to suggest that they were lazy, but they weren't efficient in performing their job. I'd also suggest that lines be painted in the parking areas so that the spaced be used more efficiently. |

Not a lot exsept it is close to bunratty castle Dated room overlooking gravejard on one side and hotel roof on other a lot of noise from fans on roof .not a experience I like to repeat |

Location excellent upon arrival @ Shannon. Northern/South attractions close for day trips. Advise guests that are not on tours to check the bulletin board for times tours will be arriving/departing so they can use dining facilities, etc. and not delay their plans. |
