I liked being near shopping, food and the castle. Your hotel needed more air conditioning or a fan.i have asthama so I had a hard time . |

Unfortunately we only stayed overnight and left early the following morning but while we were there, everything was fine except the restaurant was closed the evening we arrived..We stayed in one of the cottages a few years back and we thought they were fantastic and great value thank you very much. |

There was a strange almost damp smell on entering the hotel, and there was no restaurant facilities but it was good value for money and comfortable |

Conviently located, we always try to have dinner at Dirty Nellie's prior to leaving Ireland. Hotel not properly cleaned. Found clothing from prior guest behind small table. |

It's close to Blarney Woollen Mills and the Creamery restaurant. Thank God they transferred us to another room. The one we were given at first was filthy. There were actually what appeared to be blood stains on the bed cover. There was a mosquito nest in the bathtub and no hot water. When I tried to at least get the hot water problem solved we were asked if we needed hot water. |

The hotel was much better than many of the reviews I had read. The staff were very helpful as I needed to have them store some luggage while I went biking to the coast. They were very gracious and made my stay that more enjoyable |

the only good thing about bunratty was leaving, the cost of rooms was outrageous. no restaurant as it wasnt busy enough means we werent important enough. price of drinks in bar was a ripoff. i would sleep in a box on the road before i stayed here again. will not be recommending you to anyone. the 10% card for dirty nellys was a joke, left ireland stressed over being ripped off. thought some reviews made by whingers but they are all too true. |

I was attending a wedding in the hotel and decided to stay overnight for convenience and so that we could enjoy the party spirit to the full, also because it was good value for money our room was just by the reception area room 202 I think. I found it impossible to sleep because it was very noisy and people were up and down the corridor non stop right up to 6am when I eventually gave up on trying to get some sleep and checked out. If I decide to stay at the hotel again I will request a room at the back and well away from the reception and foyer. |

The rooms were comfortable and nice. Not enough power points in the room. and the shaver socket in the bathroom was missing (nothing to plug into, the clips behind the plate are missing) in room 100. |

Rooms were clean and linen was clean and facilties were totally adequate. Certainly cost beneficial considering proximity to Shannon Airport. Common areas, particularly hallways were somewhat run down. |

The staff were very accomodating The partition walls were paper thin, the door separating our room was open? I was asked by guest next door to turn down my TV at ten o clock at night, it wasnt even that loud. There was lots of noise on the corridor all night as well |
