bel hotel mais vieillot, très bien situé près de l'aéroport de shannon et du chateau à visiter de bunratty, beau parc et parking voulait nous donner une chambre avec un lit de deux au lieu de deux lits d'un réservé, chambre sentant fortement la cigarette |

Bon accueil du personnel, la proximité pour la visite de bunratty castle. La douche n'est vraiment pas terrible...pas d'eau chaude |

La salle de sport, piscine, sauna, jaccuzzi, salle de jeu... L'accès wifi gratuit, avec sofa, et un autre accès internet payant avec imprimante, pour ceux qui n'ont pas d'ordinateur avec eux. Bon petit déjeuner. Bar très sympathique. Bel extérieur, et confortable à l'intérieur. Pas de clinquant, juste ce qu'il faut de "luxe" pour un hôtel tout en se sentant bien. Proche du château de Bunratty. |

Nous avions 2 chambres: l'une était spacieuse, confortable, agréable... L'autre était un peu vieillotte, le matelas défoncé, la salle de bains douteuse... |

I liked being near shopping, food and the castle. Your hotel needed more air conditioning or a fan.i have asthama so I had a hard time . |

Unfortunately we only stayed overnight and left early the following morning but while we were there,everything was fine except the restaurant was closed the evening we arrived..We stayed in one of the cottages a few years back and we thought they were fantastic and great value thank you very much. |

Conviently located, we always try to have dinner at Dirty Nellie's prior to leaving Ireland. Hotel not properly cleaned. Found clothing from prior guest behind small table. |

It's close to Blarney Woollen Mills and the Creamery restaurant. Thank God they transferred us to another room. The one we were given at first was filthy. There were actually what appeared to be blood stains on the bed cover. There was a mosquito nest in the bathtub and no hot water. When I tried to at least get the hot water problem solved we were asked if we needed hot water. |

The friendliness of the hotel reception staff and how helpfull they were. having to purchase swimming caps to use the pool.was running out of Breakfast at the buffet and was not that great. |

The hotel was much better than many of the reviews I had read. The staff were very helpful as I needed to have them store some luggage while I went biking to the coast. They were very gracious and made my stay that more enjoyable |
