    Location

Staff on reception can be too busy with just a couple of guests, always appeared to be one member on duty.

    Great beds. Nice local charm

Half of hotel updated last year. Our room still needed to be done, scheduled for this fall or next spring. Our carpets and bathroom tile somewhat worn, but still nice enough. I would stay here again next time.

Off site parking paid for by Buswells but a bit of a walk down side alley. Rear access would have felt safer.

Cannot fault this hotel, the location is excellent as it is central to everything. Staff and service is excellent, had lunch in hotel bar and it was one of the best I've had recently and also it was very good value for money.

The lounge area and reception area for meeting visitors. The central location for shopping and sightseeing.

The rooms are a bit small but that is because it is an older centrally-located hotel.

Staff in the dining room were good they listened and then delivered the goods (like HOT toast) Antonio Carluccios just around the corner. Central location.

    Nothing.

Bar staff and food was excellent. The rooms are small but comfortable. The dining room experience this time was not as good as on 2 previous occasions, as some of the menu was not available.

Dining room experience this time. Noise outside windows when trying to sleep but then this is Dublin central!

The Pub, the bar, their conviviality mixing politicos, with ladies coming in for tea, World Cup fans, and the usual mix-and-gather-em of visitors Dubliners with tourists. The location: you cannot beat being across from the Daíl, the Museum, the Library, and down the street from Stephen's Green.

a computer bag I stored in the luggage room must have been tossed about because it was returned to me with a small punctured hole. The computer too was knocked about as well. No harm done, but something was off in the lack of care and attention.

Above all it was location. Almost unbeatable.

Lack of A/C in rooms. Windows had to be open round the clock. Imagine then street cleaning machines at 8 o'clock on Saturday morning...
