Polite and helpful staff, good location, very pleasant first impression (comfortable, inviting lobby, good bar with excellent service). I cannot comment on the breakfast buffet, I had none.

Rather small room (though I did get a three-bed room, even if I was travelling alone) and rather shabby bathroom - uncomfortable, in need of some refurbishment.

The hotel is situated in a very nice area, close to the national museum and Graffon street. Perfect location for shopping and cultural visit, The restaurant is nice and the service good. Teh people at the reception very kind.

Our room on the second floor (205) for 3 people, was quite small, the forniture old, not too much space for ranging our clothes. The matresses were very inconfortable; poor sleep and backache in the morning. The bathtub was rusty and the email chipped off...

First and foremost the staff! Front desk - Marry, Siobhan…. Concierge – Puddy & Clive and all the others that I am currently having trouble remembering – Thank you for a lovely stay!!! Staff is Impeccably welcoming, attentive, helpful and friendly Second to none! And I have been to many places and many hotels all over the globe. They were out there to help us with every request in and outside of the hotel – dining, culture, excursions… you name it and always let us feel welcomed and cared for Second – superb location! It is a walk away from every major site. Third – the public areas – lobby, sitting areas, breakfast room, bar – charming old world style, cozy and relaxing and you can have a lovely evening at the hotel dinning or having drinks. The food and drinks are good and reasonably priced and atmosphere is of a home away from home. The free WiFi was a huge plus.

The rooms are very small and undated, no airco. And so combined with the small window that does not open fully, the room can be pretty stuffy. You have to keep the window open to get some air and hence you are subjected to the noise of the street, which can be pretty loud at times. We were there in mid October so no big deal but I assume that if you come in the summer it can get pretty disturbing. Also, no mini bar and seldom no in room safety deposit box so be sure you ask in advance for a room that has one. The tv is old and small but working and as the rooms are so small it is ok (meaning fits the size of the room). The mattresses are very hard, a minus for me but others may find it an advantage. That said, the bath room was surprisingly spacious given the small sleeping area.

Perfect location two minutes from Grafton Street and right beside Leinster House, National Museum/Library/Royal Irish Academy etc. Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms. Very reasonable breakfast prices.

Paid €34 for parking in nearby Setanta car park for 24 hours, but bewtween 4 adults was ok. Hotel does pay for parking from 5.30pm until next morning in Dawson Street car park. Be careful which car park you use.

Location is perfect for museums, shopping and night life. Staff very friendly and helpful.

As a vegetarian who did not feel like eggs for breakfast I asked for mushrooms on toast and received 5 button mushrooms on a tiny round of toast at a cost of ten euro! (that's two euro per mushroom!) However, other members of my family had the full Irish which was worth ten euro. Really in this day and age a llittle imagination is all it takes to rustle up a meal without meat at a reasonable price.

The hotel is situated in the city centre which was very convenient for our trip to the theatre.

Great location for shopping and very close to pubs and restaurants around Grafton Street, lovely atmsophere in the bar and very efficient staff.

Ordered scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast, very small portion and took a long time to arrive at the table.
