I loved the fact that we were outside the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough only 10 mins on the Dart which there were very frequent. The atmosphere of the area and the townhouse itself helped us to completely relax. The room was cold on the first day and did not heat up till the 2nd day of our stay. Although the staff did advise us that our 1st day was also their first day back from being closed for xmas so the heating would have been off for a few days, so we understood the reasons. |

I liked the hotel decor. Though my room was small like most european hotel rooms the room was charming. The breakfast was very good and I appreciated getting to order a hot breakfast off of the menu. We liked that the price was inclusive of Breakfast and parking charges. Stealth costs involved in booking hotels is a real turnoff and unfair. |

Good location + Staff were friendly when you could find them. The Irish breakfast was good Decor looked a bit tired, with tears in wall paper. Room was cramped with smokey smell |

Lovely room and decor. Comfortable drawing room/lounge tastefully furnished. Great breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Tea making facilities in our room would have been nice touch, although to be fair, we were offered tea in the lounge on the afternoon of our arrival. |

Everything!We had a sumptuous four-poster bed which was very comfortable.Staff were friendly and helpful.Breakfast was excellent.If it had spa facilities, it would be the perfect hotel! If I had to find a criticism, it would be that it was slightly overheated for my liking, but the bedroom temperature could be self- regulated. |

Spacious and beautifully furnished bedroom in lovely Georgian townhouse. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff. Free parking. Slightly difficult to find if arriving by car in heavy traffic. |

Quiet location just outside of the downtown core. Rooms were fairly large and comfortable with pleasant decor. Staff was very considerate, on one occasion providing a reminder phone call that breakfast was about to end. |

The staff gave us excellent service. We came in cold and wet one evening, and had coffee delivered to us by the on duty desk clerk, which we enjoyed in the comfort of the beautiful sitting room. We felt that we had really picked a wonderful place to stay and would stay there again. |
