Location was great, not far away from the main street, walking distance and not too close, to be in crowd and loud streets. Spacious room, king size bed.

Tv allarm swiched on 6 am, was difficult to rest due to that.

1 day stay was very comfortable

I arrived late and left early - the hotel was warm & clean and staff were friendly. good choice for breakfast.

My car park ticket was validated at reception on checkout - i thought this meant paid - but it did not - so i was confused when the ticket did not open the barrier. this process was not explained to me. the validation was to ensure i got the hotel rate of €10 - but this did not work as i was charged €12??

Big beds, user friendly information and interactive in-room entertainment. City centre location but away from noisy hotspots. Very close to Trinity and Merrion Square. Informative and friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay very much,the staff were very friendly and attentive and would definitely return.

We really liked our bedroom,it was a great size and was very clean however one side of the bed was completely collapsed.

Some parts of the hotel need refurbishment. Gym facility needs better ancillary support e.g. radio/music and TV for treadmill, etc.

No car park. But expected when you are this close to the city. Ten euro a little steep. Even seven/eight would have been more acceptable.

One of my favourite hotels I've stayed in, staff were lovely, bed SO comfy, rooms clean, location excellent.

Only fault was the food wasn't as nice as I expected compared to the standard of everything else.

Staff very friendly, trying to help with advise without asking. Really quiet in the room and rooms are well equiped. Nice if you like to walk, a bit away from everything.

Too soft bed :)

Spacious, clean room, enormous bed, great location (just behind Trinity College), in a quiet area with lots of pubs, restaurants and cafeterias nearby. Temple Bar is only about 15 minutes away (on foot). Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

We had to change our room on the first day since the heating unit wasn't working properly (this during an extremely cold Easter week in Dublin!) and for some it reason could not be repaired. Then the window lock broke in the new room meaning we couldn't close our window: when maintenance came to see what the problem was, we were informed that this also could not be fixed according to the person who inspected it. He said we could always change rooms (again !?). We refused. Although the rooms' TV lists around 15 TV channels on the welcome screen, only about 6 or 7 actually work. This was the case in both rooms we were in. There was no BBC3 or BBC4, for example although they were listed. The hotel offers 30minutes WIFI free of charge per day. Other than that it's EUR10 for 24 hours.

I like the hotel and it was a clean and comfortable

I didnt like the way no parking or I have to be charged for it while I have been in other hotel where parking was free of charge and the breakfast was so expensive.

The bed has to have been one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! It really was great. Staff were very pleasant. Location was also brilliant. Most of all, though, I got a last-minute deal which was really good value. Oh yes, one other thing - there was a lovely little ceramic teapot in the room, a lovely change from having a tea-bag in a cup and I appreciated this very much!

Room was freezing, had a three month old baby with me and had advised this when booking however suite had window open and hearing off even though it was -2 outside. Carparking arrangements are poor when you have significant luggage - no offer of help from staff despite the fact I was obviously struggling with baby and luggage

Car parking not on site, as advertised it is 200m, down road not good in pouring rain. Plus you still have to pay 10 euro, per day, not good !!!!!!
