it was difficult to find. While this is not the responsibility of staff we overheard another guest who clearly was having problems finding the hotel being told by the receptionist that she couldn't direct him |

I liked it proximity to centre. The bed was not the most comfortable as it was inclined to split and both matresses were different. |

Very comfortable. Centrally located. Very happy €7.90 to get your breakfast delivered to the room is outrageous (they charge €3.95 per person) |

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were not helpful or friendly at all. The wireless internet connection was impossible to use, as if you were lucky enough to get a connection, you would lose it at the drop of a hat. Also, the lightswitch was in the headboard of the bed, so when moving around in the night it was very easy to knock it and you end up being blinded by the spotlights above the bed - at least 4 times a night! Parking was awful - in a private carpark just down the road, but impossible to access and impossible to use without getting extremely frustrated. |

Very good quality hotel in a great location for Dublin Tourist attractions. Friendly hotel staff and good value breakfast and parking. The hotel is not located on Merrion Square as it advertises which leads you to the view that it overlook a park - it doesn't. Instead it is a block back from the park, although still a good location for tourist attractions. |

The staff were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable with one of the softest beds you will find. I thought that parking was included, but it was only provided!! Although overnight only cost €5. |

The bedding was superb - nice big fluffly duvet and huge bed - it was like sleeping on a cloud... Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep the wine chilled! |

Location is perfect...hotel is set off the main road so noise from traffic is not a problem but you are walking distance to all the main tourist areas + the parks. |

Comfortable, no frills hotel. It said it was in the center. However, it's more like a 10 minute walk to the "real" center of Dublin. |

Close to Dublin Centre, friendly staff. Lovely hotel Springs gone on one side of bed, Even though the bathroom was clean, the shower curtain was slightly grubby and old. Glass screens would be a lot cleaner and hygenic. - Noted on here but not reported to hotel |
