Broken shower unit, damaged furniture, broken safe, ill-fitting sheets and an entrance area that smelt as though someone had been sick. No response from my email to management as yet ( 72 hours ago )
The entire package facilities and staff approach were excellent.
Great location close to city centre. Secure car parking. Lovely bar open late. Great and helpful staff
A well coordinated well-oiled professional team
Central location, cleanliness if room and friendliness of staff
Helpful friendly staff, good location.
In our room: badly stained carpet, saggy worn-out mattress, TV did NOT work, central heating off (in winter!), inner bathroom doorframe featured rotten wood, no luggage trestle, WiFi is NOT free (or at least it didn't work). Three nights of discomfort & displeasure.
I liked its location and the checking was efficent and friendly beds very comfortable
I thought the room was way over priced at 237 for one night on r/o basis it was not luxury as I noticed when the sun shone into the room there were stain marks on the side of the bed and the room had some wear and tear things like dirt on wall just scuff but still expensive for this type of neglect .cannot fill in ratings as its set in Chinese on that section
Central location, Nice breakfast and comfortable bed
Bathroom should be renovated Heating System is noisy Old furnished room
Location is good near commercial streets, you can go walking.....Also it is quite away from noise sources, friendly and cooperative Staff, the room area is good with good facilities, I enjoyed the stay and hope to visit it again.
Only Small things like that there is no fridge inside rooms and also the Kettle inside most rooms is old and rusty.
The bed was really comfy very soft - we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was nice as well. Only a few streets behind Trinity - so just had a few minutes walk to get the shops and restaurants.
We didn't like the fact that we weren't allowed to eat in the dining room. When we checked in I booked a table, and when we went to the restaurant we were told it was for private diners only and were told we had to sit in the bar/reception area. I don't understand why the receptionist took my booking since this was the case. I've never stayed in an hotel were I've been refused access to the restaurant. Very odd. We had to go back into town and just crossed our fingers that the quiet restaurants had a free table.
Good value for money and large rooms with free wi fi. Good lounge area for meals and drinks and of course, the helpful staff.
Room not warm enough
Room was comfortable with facities
Heating not good, no toothbrush or paste given to customer
Very pleasant and helpful staff, superbly comfortable bed,and strong shower.my granddaughter appreciated the gym, while I checked out the Bar.both good.would not hesitate to recommend if visiting Dublin as close to Temple Bar,and the University.
Room 61? was filthy - the carpet had a big dirty black stain on it and underneath the sheats was dirty
Lovely hotel and staff were very helpful
Just took an unexpected night away to break the January blues. Was very pleasantly surprized by how spacious the hotel was. Really calm and uncluttered room with large bed dressed in clean white cotton. Extremely quiet, despite central location very close to Grafton street, but just tucked in away from busy area. Excellent choice for a city break.
No complaints at all
Staff friendly, rooms clean and tidy . Beds comfortable . Great location.
Location and helpful staff
Beds very comfortable. Food excellent I'm the restaurant. Staff very helpful and friendly.
TV kept switching off. Heating didn't work but staff provided a heater.
Hotel staff very friendly and polite. Room cleaned daily. Huge comfortable bed! Only a few minutes walk from city center, yet a quiet location.
Great location, clean and comfortable bed. Spacious room.
Although there was no external noise, the heater unit in bedroom was quite noisy all night ( humming sound)
First hotel I ever stayed in that had a very comfy bed!
Rooms very good. Breakfast okay .
