Breakfast was very average rooms a bit out dated
Excellent location friendly helpful staff goos value for money.
Excellent staff, courteous and efficient.
Gym treadmill may as well have been in my room! No soundproofing!
The decor needs updating
Location and free wifi
My room was cold as was the lobby but it was an exceptionally cold few days in Dublin
The location of the hotel is excellent. It takes about 10 minutes to walk into the heart of Dublin but because of its location the night noise is eliminated making for a great night's sleep.
The heater in our room wasn't working initially but the manager resolved that but when the temperature is around 2 degrees a cold room isn't very welcoming! Desk staff questioned my request for a taxi to the bus stop for the aircoach - it's not a 5 minute walk away and with very large heavy cases on average it would probably take around 20 minutes at a good pace.
Great location and very friendly staff
The car parking is a joke, it's down the road and you can't park outside leagaly without feeding a parking meter to find this out. On leaving they took the money for the car park in the hotel and the exit would not let me out, it took them 5 minutes to answer the intercom and then cut me off twice. Eventually some from the hotel let me out - very frustrating.
Even though we stayed on busy weekend at start of Christmas shopping season, the hotel was quiet....but in a good way. A very restful night, with no loud voices or doors banging. Lovely!
The actual bath was very shallow, thankfully shower above was excellent!
The Carpet was filthy dirty, we were moved to another room which wasn't much better, we were given a complimentary bottle of wine and a free breakfast which was delivered to our room COLD , will not be staying there again
Very clean, spacious and peaceful environment. Very close to all central places of Dublin. Extremely caring staff.
Can't think of anything.
Very helpful and friendly staff, the bed was amazingly comfortable. Everything was perfect.
Great staff. Very comfortable bed. Noisy neighbours, rang down and given access immediately to another room to sleep.
Booking not available when we arrived, not recorded by the hotel but booked in by reception immediately. No signs or indication that the restaurant was open or not. Lack of maintenance, architraves peeling in bathroom, soap holder in shower hanging off the wall, free standing lamp shade and fittings balanced on the stand, fell off if touched. Live electrical parts exposed, electrocution hazard.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I had problems with my card. Room was spacious and bed king-size as advertised. Very comfortable. One night stay and no breakfast so hard to rate whole package but will definitely be back.
View from room not great but what do you expect in a city centre?
Excellent staff on the reception desk!
I already completed an evaluation form and have not recieved any response
Bed was very comfy, staff were great and location was perfect
The location is one of the best Friendly and cooperative Staff Clean and comfortable rooms Good beds & shower Fast & free wi-fi Quiet and non disturbing to relax and get rest Value for Money
Breakfast - decent quality sausages, excellent bacon and, rarest of all, mushrooms properly cooked. Room - spacious, big bed, very comfortable and quiet
Lighting in the bedroom could be improved by having the option of making it brighter.
pannels on the wall close to the shower were in bad shape
Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Lovely big bright bathroom. Good location near centre of Dublin. Good breakfast.
Fire doors on corridor bang loudly every time someone goes through. Our bedroom was not opposite these doors but it was so loud that it constantly disturbed us. Safe not screwed to the wall so it can be lifted out.
Great location, 5mins walk to city centre.
lived the location as down for the marathon
wifi could be free - we were told only for an hour but most places these days give it
Location is great for central Dublin (especially the marathon). Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Car park is close by Bedroom roomy with a comfortable and large bed. Good restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was adequate but have been to similar standard hotels where there has been more choice. Wifi is dodgy, though it is free. Didn't really use any of the other facilities in the hotel
