The breakfast was very very poor
Location and standard of premises.
The air conditioning was extremely loud throughout the night. The paint on the ceiling over the shower was peeling away - not a good look for a 4 star hotel
Excellent quality breakfast
Newly refurbished room was most comfortable with excellent fittings a great hotel
The room had everything one could ask for, except a view! The linen was clean and fluffy, the bathroom fresh and clean. The morning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally situated.
The view! But one couldn't expect a view in the center of a city anyway!
Location was good
Super comfy bed and friendly efficient room service. Great breakfast!
Very noisy pub across the road...followed by very noisy refuse collection at the same pub at 8 am!
This hotel had very helpful staff .perfect location .great value.Parking was also a bonus.I would return .
Room was too hot and beds very soft
Excellent location Very comfortable beds Extremely clean room Friendly staff
The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful..bar staff upbeat and interested..lovely shower..location is goos
The mattress was a disgrace with a big brown stain an torn we only noticed it as the fitted sheet was too small for the bed..when we mentioned Iit to the receptionist no apologies were forthcoming..
Location, staff, price
Bed uncomfortable due to a hollow spot. No bedside lamps.
The staff were amazing, hotel great and good location. will definitely stay again.
Location Bed comfort
Noise of the extractor fans from the kitchens Decor, a bit soulless
Lady who checked us in was good fun with a good attitude. Large spacious rooms were good & the beds were comfy.
The view out of the window was messy - make an effort to present it better. Trimmings such as loose toilet handles make the place feel shoddy. Air con didn't work - they stuck a stand-fan in our room without talking to us. The guy who checked us out was miserable - bad attitude.
The location was perfect especially for the city sightseeing bus tours with a stop just round the corner. A short walk to restaurants and entertainment. Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, and wonderful friendly and helpful staff.

This is hotel is in the perfect spot, within walking distance of Temple Square and all of the excitement, yet far enough away to be nice and quiet through the night. Antonio at the front desk took great care of us throughout our stay, even going down and plugging our meter for parking because our vans were to big to fit in the parking garage and then letting us keep the vans in the staff parking area during our stay at no charge. The whole staff were very helpful to a number of us, helping to find hotel rooms for later in our trip, helping select different things to do and see in Dublin. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very kind and helpful stuff. Location was good.
Fan in bedroom. location. fabulous suite... at a price.
Buffet breakfast was cool. Tv in sitting room had sound only for rte 1, no picture.
Mareid was super friendly.
Location and large clean rooms. Parking 2 minute walk away and staff on check in were friendly and very helpful.
Duvets were very heavy and no sheets. Even with air con on it was very warm.
